Its alright
Pros:

This is my second time here. First time was good. This time was less good. The room is nice. Pool is nice. Breakfast nice and strong wifi. Friendly staff but not a 5 star type.

Cons:

The staff forgot to give me a towel card. They also did not offer me (woman ) to move my 2 heavy luggages. I am traveling alone. I also tried to call the front desk from my room phone BUT it did not work. The stuff arr alright. The place just feels like a 3-4 star hotel. This place was more xpensive than Hilton in Santiago. And hilton was a better choice witg better service. Never have i been at a 5 star place with such a poor service.

Atención deficiente
Pros:

Deben mejorar la calidad de la atención para ser un 5 estrellas. La infraestructura está, sin embargo, El personal deja mucho que desear.

Cons:

La piscina exterior esta en el 5to piso sobre un "boulevard" de comidas, lo que genera mezcla de olores de comida todo el día y es muy desagradable. Para la piscina temperada no siempre tienen stock de gorros a la venta.
Así como también hay falta de stock de toallas para la piscina y le indican a uno llevarse las toallas ya usadas a su habitación...

El desayuno poca variedad, igual que cualquier hotel.

Lugar ideal para descansar y desconectarse
Pros:

Todo excelente: desayuno excepcional, piscina muy agradable, gimnasio muy completo.

Cons:

La piscina de afuera al estar descubierto llegan muchas palomas y toman agua de la piscina constantemente mientras uno se baña. Eso me pareció muy poco higiénico.

El secador de pelos es muy viejo.

Pros:

Esta bien ubicado, su desayunonera aceptable,

Cons:

La limpieza de la alfombra no estaba tan buena, muchos pelos de mujer, en el desayuno la fruta no estaba bien presentada ni muy fresca, deben tener porciones mas pequeñas y mejorar la rotacion. El aire acondinionado no estaba muy bien
