Beautiful hotel with a lovely view of Windhoek
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Heinitzburg Castle, with a large, airy room and a cozy table for 2 with a view of their pool from inside a turret. The terrace overlooking the city and their upscale restaurant, Leo’s at the Castle, were both great places to relax and enjoy cocktails and fine dining while watching the sunsets. The staff was amazing, and generously moved us to this room hours early after we had a last minute change in travel dates and needed to arrive a day earlier but stay in a different category room. They warmly accommodated our revised schedule without our even asking! Thank you for a lovely stay in Windhoek!

De teleurstellende houding en starheid van management overschaduwde verblijf

mooie locatie met prima restaurant met goede wijnkaart

Cons:

Administratieve proces (meer dan 20 mailtjes en berichtjes om zaken op orde te krijgen en er dan alsnog achter te komen dat het niet geregeld is), starheid van management, belachelijk hoog bedrag om de kamer nog 3-4 uurtjes aan te houden (terwijl deze niet verhuurd was).

Hotel moderno y con encanto.
Pros:

Nos pusieron unos amenities al llegar y olvidé el cepillo de dientes y me ofrecieron uno. Muy amables. Asimismo, nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de cenar en el restaurante y muy aconsejable, una terraza muy agradable con vistas a la ciudad y muy buena cocina.
