Vergognoso
Pros:

Colazione inesistente e per quello che si paga non si capisce come sia possibile. Personale impreparato e sgarbato e servizio scadente. Mentre il bimbo giocava con un oggetto di plastica in sala colazione la cameriera portando via i piatti l ha fatto cadere a terra rompendolo. Risultato? Al check out hanno chiesto di pagare 20 euro per il danno fatto da loro. Hanno addebitato anche un bicchiere di latte per il bimbo di 2 anni. Insomma un indecenza. Mai più!!!

Lage, Personal, Ambiente.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben einem anderen mit Durchgangstüre – man hat alles aus dem Nachbarzimmer mitbekommen. Außerdem gab es zwar einen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, dieser war aber nicht gefüllt. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel enttäuschend.

Heinitzburg Hotel Heaven
Pros:

The location, staff, food, everything was excellent. The staff especially went out of their way to reunite me with a small black cat doll which I lost.
I have already booked another stay!

Het hotel was naar mijn mening 3 sterren waard dus prijs kwaliteit staat niet in verhouding

Ze hadden een mooi terras

Cons:

kamers waren echt geen 5 sterren waard.
Veel personeel maar totaal niet opgeleid
Ontbijt was zeer onder de maat. De ruimte waar het ontbijt werd geserveerd was een kleine kelder
Er is in het hele hotel geen plek waar je heen kunt als het minder weer is, behalve naar je kamer.
alles in het hotel was gericht om mensen van buiten te laten eten in hun restaurant.
