Solides Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt in Casablanca
Pros:

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal sowie eine sehr gute Lage. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht laut, da die Fenster nicht gut abgedichtet waren und die Straßenbahn direkt neben dem Hotel fährt. Außerdem waren die Flure leider voller Fliegen.

Au final, nous avons écourté notre séjour !!! 3 nuits au lieu de 7
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal : tout est proche et facilement accessible.
Les environs sont agréables, avec des endroits sympas pour se restaurer.
Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité, ce qui est très appréciable.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner était décevant : peu de choix et pas très varié.
La chambre n’était pas très propre. La télévision qui s'allume toute seule avec le volume à fond.
Il manquait un troisième oreiller pour notre fils.
Les serviettes n’étaient pas toujours remplacées ou même oubliées.
Et nous sommes toujours dans l'attente de votre appel pour le remboursement des taxes de séjour non effectués.

Some of the staff need to work on customer service skills and just generally being kind! I approached the desk was ignored by two female workers and snarled at! Sure glad I decided to spend my mi ey with this property and the rude staff, dirty facilities, broken ac and smokers in the room next door

que tu bonheur de voir des chambre aussi bien faite , si j ai demander un devis sur l année pour mes séjours long de 3 semaine environs merci encore
