Pros:

Can’t fault this place. Staff were so helpful, friendly, chatty and funny. Nothing was a problem and they would go the extra-mike to accommodate any requests. The bed’s were extremely comfortable, beautiful, modern bathroom and kitchen facilities.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

Lovely staff
Pros:

The staff were very open and friendly to talk to, in addition to being very hospitable. There’s a market, a hypermarket, and many local spots within walking distance. The room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, kitchen, and fridge, which is very convenient for longer stays.

Cons:

A small downside was the drilling noise from a neighbor that I heard at 11 p.m. one night.

Meet my expectations!
Pros:

I was quite surprised to find a wine key to open your wine. Just a little detail but it shows the carefulness of the owner for our experience. Everything was very good. My room has a big window, so it is quite airy. It has 2 air conditioners, a dryer and a washing machine inside the room. This is very convenient. There were also detergent available. The apartment is reasonably priced, clean and well-organized enough for me to return next time. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The kitchen hood didn’t work, so I had to open the window to get the greasy smell out of the room. The bathrobe was dirty with stains from previous guests.

Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

Walking distance to restaurants, bars, Pho, markets etc. Amazing staff, friendly and so accommodating. The location was an absolute winner.

房间空调很好，床铺干净，Queensize 床和被褥洁白舒适甚好。住处附近有当地中高餐饮选择，员工友善。

Cons:

煮水壶坏的；只有茶杯却没有茶壶🫖。浴室和卫生间🚽是一体，洗澡时容易把厕纸淋湿了。这些是小问题，如能改进，就可以给人带来更好的体验。

清潔な部屋、床は大理石調で素足で OK という感じ。
新しい洗濯機と乾燥機が部屋にあるのはありがたい。これで1泊3500円、とてもお値打ち、
ハエもいない。wifi も強力
テレビでは CNBC と CNN が映る。

1階がカフェになっていて
店番 兼受付係の女性たちは 親切でアットホーム

残念なのは
とても小さな冷蔵庫
それとコンビニが近くにないこと

スーパー ダナビ マート500ｍ、でかいGO ダナン800ｍはあるが、水とかビールとかポテチとかちょっと買う コンビニが近くに見当たらなかった

Pros:

部屋が広く、寝室とリビングに分かれていて良い。エレベーター完備。タクシーをメインに使うなら別にロケーションは悪くない。徒歩10分とかでもバイクが多くて慣れないとしんどいので、初めてベトナム旅行には向かない。部屋の中にキッチン、洗濯機と乾燥機があり、洗剤なども用意があったのはとても助かった。

Cons:

２４時間誰でも入れる、ドアがすりガラスみたいなやつでセキュリティに問題を感じる。アメニティは充実していますが、コンディショナーはありません。

Comfy and easy for a short stay in DaNang!
Pros:

The bed is SOFT and comfortable. We had the best sleep here!!!
It is quiet and very good, has a kitchenette with everything you need. The washer and dryer was amazing and a surprise! Staff are very friendly :)

Cons:

The aircon was not overly cool, and the window has no safety bars - so it felt a little dangerous with my toddler! But as with anything my responsibility to watch my child :)
The pool is outdated but the view is nice.
