Pros:

Horrible experience, i arrived at 11:30 at night. After, i gave my passport and wrote my information on the book and being in communication with the property all day long. They told me that i did not have a reservation even when i have my reservation information with me.They took me to another hotel saying was good. It was so disgusting that started to cry. Iam traveling alone . It was a nightmare.

Spoke to the manager on duty about leaking toilet ..said it could NOT be fixed as both Sunday and Monday he was unable to get a plumber..so unbelievable..

Pros:

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were attentive. We weren’t a fan of the surrounding area, but that doesn’t reflect on the hotel. Pictures don’t accurately represent the room I.e booked room with seating area but didn’t get this. Felt over priced given the area and other options available

It was a nice experience at stay in Hotel Nitya Maharani. The owner of the Gopal Khanna is an extraordinary person. Found him in touch with every guest. All the staffs are excellent. food was fresh and tasty. Perfect place to stay in lap of nature to enjoy the holiday with family and friends.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The property was nice the staff was great they also provide us a cab facility from airport to the hotel even though you can buy the drinks by the hotel staff as if you go to the shops they will charge you so high so its better to bring them by the staff love the stay
