Nice but could use a little help on the cleaning service side
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Locations was good . Hotel itself was clean

Cons:

Remote didn’t work , had to go to front desk twice to get it .
Dryer didn’t work , had to have attendant fix .
Room is only cleaned every other day for “your convenience “… and then the floor wasn’t vacuumed and the coffee wasn’t replaced . Pretty sure for $300 a night for a Saturday that it wasn’t for “my convenience “.
I stayed from Saturday to check out Wednesday and room was cleaned once and not vacuumed . That’s not for my convenience.

Pros:

No one could find my reservation and It led into a 20 min call with A.i. to cancel and I ended up pay 20 bucks more for the room. I tell ya, if it wasn't for bad luck I wouldn't have any luck at all.
