Très beau séjour
Pros:

Le lieu le cadre est magnifique la piscine sur le rooftop et le parking juste à côté

Un bellissimo e piacevolissimo soggiorno
Pros:

Struttura bella e curata, da una sensazione di stretto contatto con la natura. Pulito e ordinato. Parcheggio molto comodo, di sera tardi spesso pieno. Camere pulite e ampie, e ben arredate con gusto, prodotti da bagno di buona qualità in formato dispenser, per limitare la plastica. In camera abbiamo trovato un ombrello e una borsa mare con teli da poter utilizzare durante la il soggiorno. I balconi con tetti di paglia molto caratteristici e belli, belli anche l’arredamento del balcone. da vedere, servizio aperitivo pomeridiano riservato ai clienti dell’hotel anche molto gradito. C’è anche una piscina sul rooftop.

Cons:

Potrebbe essere migliorata la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, la richiesta delle mance un po insistente e a tratti fastidiosa. Palestra poco attrezzata.

Pros:

Nydelige rom og fasiliteter, fantastisk frokost og middag i restauranten. Barna elsket bassenget. Særdeles hyggelig og serviceminded i resepsjonen. Vi fikk låne sykler gratis og fikk gode tips til stoppesteder. Hyggeligste service vi hadde i Tulum, skulle gjerne ha blitt lenger.

Cons:

Ingen ting. Alt var topp.

No hot water! Staff very nice and food was good.
Pros:

Property is in a nice setting. Lovely plantings and good food on site.

Cons:

There was no hot water the entire duration of our stay. Staff had no answers as to why. Main pool was closed the last three days of our stay.

Bon séjour mais accueil et entretien à revoir
Pros:

Chambre confortable et propre mais sombre par contre hôtel bien placé

Cons:

L’entretien des jardins laisse vraiment à désirer et la piscine n’était pas propre dommage le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur du classement de l’hôtel il fallait même payer un expresso ! Quant au personnel il faudrait s’améliorer au niveau de l’accueil

The bicycles are awesome, though old. In the vicinity, the publuic beach and maya runs are beautiful. Food in hotel is good.

It was nice enough but we feel we spent too many nights there
Pros:

The reception staff where extremely helpful and helped us get a refund from an excursion company who cancelled part of our tour & told us we couldn’t get anything back.
The happy hour drinks & snacks were very welcome and the staff in the restaurant & bar were pleasant.

Cons:

We had some heavy downpours whilst staying there. There were no lounge areas to sit, only your room or the restaurant. It was a good 30min walk to get into the centre of downtown. Taxis are very expensive, so we just walked. The hotel zone is a long way from downtown & also the beach zone. I had read about the zones but didn’t appreciate the distance

Trip au Yucatan
Pros:

Hotel avec des chambres spacieuses et bien équipée (climatisation un peu froide à l'arrivée !). Parking gratuit et prêt de vélo.

Cons:

Manque de détails comme matelas de piscine usé, ta le de la terrasse pas propre, pas de the noir au petit déjeuner et pas de vrai café sauf si on paie. Pour ce type d'hôtel c'est tres moyen

Pros:

Tolle ruhige Atmosphäre und schöne Gestaltung der Poolanlagen und der öffentlichen Bereiche, hübsche Zimmer, toller Rooftop Pool, und “Jungle Pool” im EG!
Jeden Nachmittag Free Drinks an der Bar 17h bis 18h!

Cons:

Sauna wäre noch toll, und zum Strand ist es etwas weiter, aber dafür ruhig

Preis/Leistung leider ungenügend
Pros:

Schön ist die Dachterasse und die rech großen Zimmer (leider aber auch mit Baumängeln).

Cons:

Wir waren leider enttäuscht: Das Frühstück war maximal 4 Sterne wert und nicht sehr besonders, alle Terassen sind sehr dunkel & schattig, auch der Poolbereich unten. In den Zimmer fehlt ein Wasserkocher & Tee/Kaffee, es gibt auch keine Wasserflaschen und der Pool war nicht sauber. Zudem ist die Lage schlecht - weit vom Strand entfernt und wenig in der Umgebung los. Preis/Leistung ist zudem sehr schlecht, bei der Zahlung in Peso wird nicht der offizielle Umrechnungskurs genutzt, weshalb es noch teurer wird!
Wir können es nicht empfehlen - Buchen Sie lieber woanders!

Lovely place to stay in Cancun
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kimpton Aluna Hotel.
Our room was spacious and very clean, quiet at night with a lovely balcony looking over the pool.
The staff were friendly and helpful and helped us book a fabulous trip around the Sian Ka'an biosphere.
