Decent Place to Stay
Pros:

The room size and comfortability was great, the price for the week stay was very good!! Everything worked as it should and it was a great location.

Cons:

The room above us was loud, running and stomping around from 12-4am every night we were there and slamming doors. I brought it to the staff's attention and nothing was done.

Pros:

Staff was excellent, sheets and nathrooms were clean

Cons:

Floors could use a little tlc. I do not know if due to too much soap the laminate floors were a bit slimey, but they felt unclean. Common rugs were obviously dirty but it's commons, so ok.

Great staff; good room , excellent value.
Pros:

The staff: always willing to help with a smile, never a hint of not liking the job or the people they interacted with

Cons:

Turnover service is only after 7 days, maybe it could be more often.
Also, for some reason the covers in my bed felt humid most of the time, although they were dry and there was no sign of condensation in the room

Me quede dos noches y la primera no pude dormir porque un perrito lloraba y lloraba.. llame para pedir solución y me dijeron que me iban a ayudar y nada... les pedi hablar con el gerente .. el no estuvo al otro dia.. asi que una persona de recepción le escribió lo sucedido y la respuesta fue " somos petfriendly"
Hasta donde yo se.. si son amigables con los animales, estas personas dueñas del perro deben firmar un compromiso de comportamiento del animal.. no puede ser que por ser petfriendly otros huespedes no puedan dormir...

We arrived on a Friday afternoon, and a young woman checked us in. The lobby smelled musty, and the room also had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom ceiling near the fan stained with black colored , the bathtub facet was broken, floor was sticky, walls stained, I did not see any staff Saturday or Sunday…. On Monday I saw one housekeeping. Here are my suggestions: the rooms are spacious, but the cleanliness is inadequate; hotel scents should be pleasant, as this aids relaxation; having staff present provides a sense of security and protection; and housekeeping services need attention. I hope my survey helps you make improvements.

Room not sound proof, you can hear any little noise next door.
Cons:

Bed not comfortable, tv not working room 403. Staff was great, parking was accessible. I don't understand the EMOJI for ratings, I'm not born in 2000 please change your ratings. Not in EMOJI # is better and easier.
