Pros:

Good location for those with the car, quiet and close to the beach. If you are not planning to rent a car keep in mind that it’s a bit secluded from the busy areas with restaurants and shops

スタッフとは非接触でしたが、リピ連絡にきちんとお返事もらえてましたし、到着後クーラーキンキンに冷えていて、とても良かったです☺

Overall good stay
Pros:

Good working wifi, host let us check in early due to the typhoon that hit Okinawa which was nice. Good rooftop for sunset watching. Comfortable beds. Bathroom ok but very small. If you’re tall it could be a problem.

Cons:

We thought there would be more cooking facilities and brought a load of groceries to cook - there was only a microwave and kettle + fridge. The host didn’t respond to any of my messages - I asked a lot of questions and never got a reply.

Cons:

We arrived 10 pm and place had not been cleaned. I called and called and when i explained they said to get another hotel!! They are out of town, not in the middle with many hotels around, no car, tired, so i asked at least to send us clean sheets and towels. After speaking with Booking, looks like they pressured too and they gave us the code of the linen room downstairs so we had to get clean sheets and towels and then clean place. By now it was past 11 pm. Not happy at all.

The appartement was super clean. You had a kitchen with all utensils and a very good bed.

悪い意味で惜しい宿。
Pros:

・周りに何もないので静か
・生活に必要なものは一通りある

Cons:

・予約サイトの画像に掲載されている設備が実際にはなかった(テラスに椅子とテーブルはなかったし、キッチン用品も無いものがあった)

・清掃が不十分
(シャワーヘッドに自分のではない長い髪の毛がついていた、キッチンの換気扇がほこりまみれで過去宿泊者が指で描いた落書きがくっきり残っていた、鏡に指紋がべったりついていた)

・トイレの貯水タンクが壊れていて24時間ずっと水がしたたり続け、音が気になって眠れなかった。
掃除の時に必ず気付くはずなのに、対処せず放置してお客さん入れるってどうなのでしょう？

・虫が出るのは仕方ないが(ヤモリや大きなクモが実際いた)、蟻はある程度対策できるものなので、チェックイン時点でキッチンに蟻が大量発生していたのは、ホテル側の管理が問題

・宿泊者に対して騒音クレーム発生したら罰金10万を課していたり、その他にも多数ハウスルールがある。だが、宿泊者に対して一方的に求めるだけで、ホテル側はやるべきことをやってない。

・スタッフさんどこにも居ない。無人。オートロックもないので誰でもドアの前まで入れてしまう状況だし、連れ込み放題。カメラ等もないのでセキュリティ面は不安。
