Location and excellent value

Really nice location, modern, clean and super quiet. Stayed here a few times as my wife was asmitted to the hospital nearby, and we live 40 miles away. It was my place of calm amidst all of the difficulties. Thanks to all of the staff who were really welcoming.
Lovely executive room. One of the bedside lamp was not working, but staff replaced it promptly.
The hotel's website is misleading. Room service doesn't actually begin until 12pm, and there is no "after dark menu" available from 10pm to 7am as advertised. While you can pre-order breakfast the night before using the card provided in the room, if you forget to do so, there's effectively no way to get food between 10pm and 12pm the following day. I raised this with the hotel and pointed out that the website was misleading. They assured me they would update it, but they didn't.
The hotel was very comfortable and all of the staff were extremely friendly. It was in a great location to access the university for a training course.
