Very poor value for money but pleasant

Hotel is very pleasant inside, nice atmosphere in bar, restaurant area..Conference facilities are excellent

Cons:

Very poor value for money for the available facilities. I paid £182 after a discount with no breakfast included. The rooms don't have a fridge if you need access for medical reasons. Hotel said I could store anything with them which is far from ideal! It's quite a distance from shops etc so the on site restaurant is main option. Chromecast wasn't working and there were no technical staff available although the staff member was lovely and did offer I change rooms (which I didn't accept as was very tired and had unpacked). The reception staff could be a bit more friendly

Cons:

- second day the price was much higher than the previous
- second day was no natural yoghurt for breakfast and there was only one type of bread (the staff was happy with it)
- no fridge in the room
- no EU socket, no adapter
