Well staffed with friendly people. Very clean, practically designed room. Quiet location in well kept university grounds
The staff; Nesha agreed to change my booking from the Monday to the Thursday and then Adriana made sure we got the precise room we had asked for on Monday on the Thursday also. The staff were brilliant and genuinely friendly.

On first impressions the hotel gave a very professional vibe and felt clean and fresh. Staff were polite and helpful whilst explaining everything to us. Staff involved at breakfast where on hand to answer any questions and it was good to see staff smiling especially first thing on a Sunday morning. All our interactions with staff were great and showed that customer service training is so important. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Breakfast room was not relaxing, too busy and felt rushed maybe have booking times too avoid queues.Had to get a replacement hair dryer as the nozzle was wrong for the dryer. The shower head leaked and would not stay in position. The room was comfortable but quite dark and found the choice of lighting poor.
