Great hotel for uni events
Pros:

Lovely hotel with lovely staff which is always spotlessly clean . We stayed 2 days and breakfast was very very busy - staff just about coped but food kept running out and unable to get a hot drink as 1 machine turned off and queues very long .

Average at best
Pros:

Last minute booking, grateful for a room but was very expensive for the standard of accommodation. The “deluxe” room in the old house wasn’t great. No aircon just a fan. Small bathroom.

A breath of fresh air.
Pros:

Tucked away in leafy Edgbaston but within easy reach of the city centre, the hotel was (literally) a breath of fresh air. Good, clean facilities and friendly, helpful staff as well as a pleasant walk there, made my appointment at the hospital much easier

Useful and convenient hotel for the University of Birmingham
Pros:

It was near the University Campus and had modern facilities. The gardens nearby were perfect for my son to play football.

Cons:

The check-out time, 10:00, was too early. The restaurant disappointed.

Awful!!!!
Pros:

Was a disaster of a stay. The apartment was expensive, unclean and uncomfortable. The restaurant was a disgrace. At 6:30 on a Friday night they had run out of most of the menu options, the service was unbelievably slow and we were all ill afterwards!

Great, if only we had dined elsewhere
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was excellent, with the exception of the food in the restaurant in the evening.

Cons:

Many of the options on the restaurant menu were unavailable and the ones we chose were of very uneven quality, some bits good others simply badly prepared . Service was good and very apologetic.
