This is a superb location if you are watching Cricket at Edgbaston. Lovely surroundings, surprisingly good food and beverage options, comfortable rooms with great showers. Breakfast is excellent. Free parking on site

Cleanliness and quiet
The restaurant duty manager’s attitude towards guests that arrived few minutes to close of breakfast. Unnecessary aggression and rudeness.
The staff were so lovely and let us check in early. They were also so helpful with information about the swimming and gym facilities. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was very good (especially the veggie sausages being out instead of needing to be ordered).

Lovely hotel in a great location for the university. Very friendly and helpful staff and all immaculate.
Free parking was a huge advantage too.
The bed covers were very noisy, so every toss and turn made it harder to sleep.

Uncomfortable beds and pillows, insect repellent traps from rentokil in the rooms next to the beds in plain sight, poor towel quality.

Great location . Use of university leisure facilities very good . Staff very friendly. Exceptionally clean . Good sized room.
Didn’t find the bed that comfortable. Prefer a firm mattress . Leaving a bill under the door waking us at 6 am I felt was a bit much - this could have been settled on check out without a notification under the door so early for the price of breakfast added on.
There was a loud noise wedding on in the building across from the main hotel which was very noisy and kept us awake past 1 am on the Saturday night.

Stayed at Edgbaston Park Hotel with a friend as part of a weekend in Birmingham, exploring the local craft beer scene around Bournville. We had a really enjoyable stay; the hotel was lovely and clean, our room was comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep.
The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and I really enjoyed chatting with them. Their warmth and genuine friendliness made the stay feel that little bit more special. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Birmingham.
This is an oasis of calm in a busy city. Breakfast is exceptional, bar food has a range of vegan options and staff will do anything to help.
