Meget serviceminded personale, muligheder for opbevaring af bagage på ved tidlig ankomst og sen afgang, alt virkede perfekt i denne perle af en lejlighed der var basis for en uges opdagelser i Valencia. Absolut anbefalelsesværdigt.
Ideally located for central Valencia. Lots of space in the main area, very clean
Ci siamo trovati bene, l'appartamento aveva tutti i confort necessari, il quartiere molto tranquillo 😊 Ricardo super disponibile e gentile, l'unico consiglio un pochino più attenzione alla polvere, ma sicuramente se torno a Valencia ritornerò qui soprattutto perché è a 5 minuti dal centro
Wir haben einige Tage in Valencia verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage und Qualität des Hotels. Die Rezeption ist nicht dauerhaft besetzt, dafür ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super praktisch ist auch, dass sowohl die Haupteingangstür und Zimmertür via Handy geöffnet wird und man keinen Schlüssel durch die Gegend tragen muss.
The apartment was nice, with a comfortable bed and had good amenities and a great little balcony. Superb air conditioning.
Could do with a bit of a freshen up, it’s a bit tired and shabby, which lets it down. Kitchen great with pretty much everything you need but some wooden/metal cooking utensils would be handy. Bathroom needs a freshen up on grout and deep clean of shower head. Toilet roll holder and hooks for towels would be beneficial. New bedside table or at least a covering of some sort to disguise ugly appearance (I improvised with one of the many towels provided).
Don’t forget to dust/clean the bits you can’t see (e.g top of room divider, shower head).
It’s in a superb location with easy access to popular sites and close to transport links. Lots in the immediate vicinity to explore and enjoy.
Downside: there doesn’t appear to be any rules for guests re noise and this does present issues. Come prepared with earplugs unless you want to be woken up repeatedly after midnight. Not everyone is out partying until 3am. All stairwell activity very loud as well as guests in adjacent property. Perhaps I just had overly excitable neighbours.
Overall a pleasant stay. Welcoming, friendly staff who responded quickly to enquiries.
Vi trengte litt bistand til noen mindre utbedringer(kaffemaskin fungerte ikke, tomt batteri på fjernkontroll til TV, tregt avløp i kjøkkenvasken). Dette ble løst raskt av et veldig serviceinnstilt personale. Veldig bra service. Verten snakket godt engelsk.

The bathroom was in really bad shape: needs re-caulking and needs deep cleaning. Kitchen could use a deep cleaning as well.
Lovely little studio apartment (5A) for a 3 night stay in Valencia. Staff were friendly and very helpful when I couldn't get my door open! Kitchen was well equipped. Found the bed very comfy and the choice of a firm or soft pillow was great. Shower doors were tiny, worked okay for me, but someone larger might struggle. I was expecting a washing machine, however I didn't have one, but I believe I was one of the only to not have one - I made do with the sink and a drying rack was available in the room. Balcony was lovely in the evenings. Air con was also good. Unfortunately, there was quite a lot of interior noise, people walking up/down stairs and corridors and talking, soundproofing or reminding people to be courteous after say 11pm would be great - thankfully the aircon drowned the noise out for me! Otherwise a very good stay and I would stay here again! Walking distance to most of Valencia and the tram to the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby too.

Buena ubicacion, personal muy amable.
Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage am Rand der Altstadt. Es ist ruhig, aber man hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe und ist sehr schnell im Zentrum. Die Einrichtung ist etwas abgewohnt und könnte besser gepflegt sein, es funktionieren z.B. nicht alle Lampen und Steckdosen. Die Küche ist recht gross, aber leider kaum bestückt, über eine absolute Minimalausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck hinaus gibt es nur wenig. Das Bad ist in Ordnung, die Dusche ist nur sehr eng.
Insgesamt finde ich die Wohnung empfehlenswert, sie ist sauber, hell, klimatisiert und komfortabel genug für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich, innerhalb normaler Arbeitszeiten gut erreichbar und darum bemüht, Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sensationell, ruhig aber trotzdem sehr zentral! Wir hatten ein Appartment im 2. Stock mit Blick in den Innhof, daher auch sehr ruhig. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top!

Está muy bien ubicado, el piso está equipado con lo necesario. Valoro mucho que hayan tenido una plancha de ropa porque justo iba a un evento importante y estaba pensando en ello, menos mal el piso incluso contaba con una. Gracias. Muy sencilla y práctica la entrada y la salida. Genial.
