Pros:

Was excellent for the price. Couldn't of gotten a better location.

Cons:

Wear and tear of walls furniture. But that can easily be fixed

This was the worst location we have ever stayed in and will never return.
Pros:

The hotel rooms were at least clean

Cons:

The hotel would not provide breakfast even though it had a fully functioning kitchen providing pub meals. As there were no cafes in the immediate area this was a problem.
The worst part was the location. The noise throughout the night was unbearable and I had very little sleep. The bed was also very hard. The windows in my room were too high up for me to close to try and block the noise levels.
We ended only spending one night there even though we paid for 2 as we had such an awful experience.

Very good place to stay if not for the noise.
Pros:

The convenience of the location and quiet interior.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the revving of car engines and cars speeding down the road. As well as driving up to the popular Pizza… fish and chips… and kebabs shop in the square the noise of banging car doors well after midnight. Wasn’t the best way to get to sleep. I’ve used this pub / hotel before.
It’s very nice in every way except the location. If not for the youngster driving around and just being loud. It would have been a better experience.

For the price I paid, it would be difficult/unfair to criticize the accommodation. Friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location, good shower pressure, clean bedding, & good value for money. You get what is advertised. I'd stay again but maybe request a room at the rear of the hotel if visiting at the weekend.

Cons:

My room was basic but clean. Towels were old and tatty, but they felt/smelled clean. My biggest issue was trying to sleep, there was so much noise out the front of my room, the late night takeaways (directly outside) seem to attract very noisy people at kicking-out time, and people congregated in that area long after closing, & well into the early hours. Cars doing screeches skids, bottles being smashed, arguments, signing, screaming.... I heard it all... & after the people had gone, the seagulls would not stop making a racket. One of the windows in the room would not lock properly so it was very difficult to shut out the noise, and I barely got any sleep at all, but the noise was all outside of the hotels control. My tip would be that the rooms at the back of the hotel may have been better (for noise).

ok for one night but didn`t really feel too comfortable as a little noisy with being a single person

as hard of hearing would have been nice if the tv had subtitles. as a solo traveller was not so happy with the car being a little bit away from the accomadation.

Appalling customer service

Was told much later on the price was wrong so would not honour it.
Customer service was appalling and basically told to do one
Keep well away as there's much better places than this place.utter joke so I repeat keep away

Above a pub on the town square.
Pros:

Located above a pub on the town square. Very close to the station for all you public transport afficionardos. Nice big room, plenty of power sockets.

Cons:

Shower could do with a deep clean. It was a bit lively outside on the night I stayed.
