I like that the room is spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The location is excellent as it is very close to nearby shops and restos. Definitely highky recommended.

Very near to alot place

V good location. Everything is walking distance. Really good value. Rooms are v comfortable. Worth the money. They can help arrange for airport transfers and the Halong Bay day tour which were both well done. For the Halong Bay tour budget for being ready an hr before the suggested time as pick ups can change. Bit overall it was a good stay for us travelling as a family of 8.

Leotus is v thoughtful and considerate.

מבחינת המיקום והשירות - היה מצויין. המלון 10 דקות הליכה מהאגם, מהרכבת ונמצא בתוך אזור הקניות והמסעדות. היחס של רובי ולוטוס היה מכוחה, הן עשו הכל כדי לעזור ולתת הרגשה טובה. מים חמים במקלחת תמיד היו.

Als wir angekommen sind war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, sie haben uns direkt alles genau erklärt und wenn wir Fragen hatten haben sie uns sofort weitergeholfen. Die Zimmer waren sauber die Betten gemütlich und die Lautstärke von der Straße war auch okay. Haben sogar ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk bekommen :)

The hotel is well equipped and super clean. The hotel stuff service was exceptional. We had a problem with booking and the hotel stuff helped us and made it extremely comfortable and convenient for us. Would 100% recommend staying at this hotel. Also ms Helen at the reception was extremely nice and helpful during our stay. Thank you so so much!

The hotel was in a great location near most of the shops and restaurants that we wanted to go to. The hotel room was spacious and the hotel staff were very accommodating.

The breakfast was great and fresh. The view was fantastic. Handy umbrella for the rain. Staff very friendly and had great ideas for sightseeing. Room clean and comfortable. Terrific location. Would definitely recommend.

Customer Service is excellent and value for money!
Although, breakfast needs improvement but what you paid is what you get. Their daily cleaning policy makes your room feel fresh everyday. I highly recommend this hotel especially to those who wants to be near from most of Hanoi’s landmarks.

地點非常方便，走到還劍湖不到五分鐘，到火車街不到十分鐘，周遭機能非常好，到很晚都有得吃，附近就有很多米其林美食，也有街邊小吃，飯店對面就有咖啡伴手禮店，斜對面有一家雜貨店，晚上會聚集很多遊客聊天，很熱鬧。飯店早餐到9:45，這次住的房型是面街四樓三人房，有電梯、有浴缸、乾濕分離，空間很大，最棒是大窗戶，窗簾很遮光，櫃檯和房務人員都很貼心。

This hotel's accommodation fee is reasonable, but it was good than I expected.
