The rooms are spacious and look good, but cleanliness is a serious issue. I booked Suite Room No. 221, and there were spider webs on the ceiling that seemed untouched for more than 20 days. Room service is pathetic — they didn’t pick up used plates left outside for over 12 hours. Very disappointing experience.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel is conveniently located on the highway with beautiful hills around. It offers a quality 3-star stay at a reasonable price. Attached restaurant serves good food, and there are multiple nearby dining options including veg and non-veg dhabas, plus the Special Food Plaza pure veg restaurant. Highly recommended. Also in an emergency, medical is earby, in front of the hotel.
