Cons:

The room i was checked into had no shades, I asked to be moved into a room with shades, for the same price of the double room I was booked for I was down graded to a queen room. Not impressed with the price and no discount

It was a feeling as home.
Pros:

They are amazing, i didn't know they even have cooking untilseil. I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The bed wasn't good enough, it caused our back to pain us, i had to ask them for extra pillows to put at our back to sleep on. I believe you guys can do something about it.

Close to civic center. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Conditioner didn’t work in room. No back up available in room. Loud neighbors through connecting door at midnight.

A wonderful pet-friendly hotel. We had adjoining rooms which gave us the family space needed. Everyone we met on staff were friendly and helpful. Only issue was a guest had tracked in clay or something and while it was cleaned up on the first floor, it never did get fully cleaned on the second floor in the 2 days we stayed, even with cleaning staff standing right next to the mess.

Pros:

We chose this hotel as a suggestion from a family friend. I made our 10 day reservation as I was going to Mayo Clinic for care.
We found 2 cockroaches a few days apart. I took a picture of the first one as my friend swore it was one by researching. Then the second one, i captured in the bathroom and took to the front desk, horrified. The front desk clerk confirmed it was a cockroach.
The assistant manager arrived within minutes for her shift and i spoke with her. I had asked the assistant manager for 50% off of our stay. She called her manager. And he would not do that as he had a business to run. Hmmm. I spoke with him about the situation and he said he would not charge me for 2 nights. The manager was not a delight to work with and was easily upset and insecure. I will never stay there again

Pros:

Unable to reach anyone by phone from 6:00 am until 1:00 in the afternoon. Sheer curtain on window was not attached at top and was hanging on floor. Other than lack of attention to room condition, the rest was comfortable. Great icemaker in freezer and good shower, but needs additional hand rails! Also toilet way too low to ground unless your a child. No breakfast at all, unless you want to buy an apple or tiny wrinkled mandarin orange

Definately worth the stay
Pros:

I live this hotel and its covered parking. the rooms are great with the exception of the TVs seem a little small and there is a gap at the bottom of the bathroom door that when I turn on the blow dryer it wakes my husband. Both which I would rather deal with than stay somewhere else.
