NICE STAY.
Pros:

Location wise it is one of the best hotel in da Nang. Big reception area, polite reception members with good english speaking. Rooms are big and clean. washroom was good with bath tub. Bed, pillow, are of excellent quality. Peace of good sleep if you are on higher floor. Breakfast was having variety with continental type. No Indian dishes found. However, it was good stay for 3 nights in June, 2025.

The location being directly across from the beach was superb! There was a lot of sand to lay and walk around, many chairs and umbrellas to rent probably as well I assume. Very easy to walk to any variety of food and souvenir type shopping. Excursions easily arranged.
The buffet was okay not great, typically quite crowded. The noise from guests in the room next to you is unavoidable and you just get over it and enjoy your stay.
We would return for sure.

Pros:

Nicely located across from the beach, but can be noisy at night, especially on the weekend. Easy walk to the many streets lined with eateries, coffee shops and massage places. The room was pleasant enough, with great views south along the beach. What really let this hotel down was the breakfast - like a school cafeteria - limited choice, missing crockery and cutlery, cold tea and cold coffee.

POOREST TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

We booked this hotel through Agoda and paid IN FULL UP FRONT. The first thing we were told when we arrived at the hotel was that we had to PAY MORE.

We refused, off course and after an of arguing, we were let into our room. Two days later on our four night stay we were told that they would THROW US OUT the next day if we didn’t pay. We reported this to Agoda and went to lunch and magically the problem was resolved and we got to stay with the added insult that WE WANT YOU OUT at 12 on our initial check out date. So petty.

It turned out that the problem a difference in policy between the price you pay for the different ages of children at Agoda and EDEN OCEAN VIEW hotel. So a mater for these two businesses to discuss, no? Yet this service provider was happy to CHEAT THE CUSTOMER and even throw a FAMILY WITH CHILDREN AGED 5 and 7 OUT ON THE STREET.

Very heavy Pillows,
Pros:

The pellows was very fluffy, not good for sleeping, in morning breakfast, vegetarian indian food was not there, language is very big problem, even hotel front staff is unable to understand you. Not even a single person in the whole hotel (having 200rooms) is knowing English.
