Quezon Premier Hotel Lucena

The room was smelly and stinks!
We occupied room F14.

Minutes after checking in and putting our stuff down, a big rat was discovered under the bed. I opened the door and called a couple of housekeepers to sweep up rat droppings and locate to remove the big rat out of our room. After a few minutes, the rat came running out the room and the staff had a big laugh. We were too tired to ask for another room and none was offered anyway, so we stayed on the same one for the rest of our stay. The staff were amazing but the property was outdated and requires maintenance. Never again!

Couldn't even get clean towels when we asked for them. No dining areas nearby, have to take tricycle. Room was small. But, I guess you get what you pay for.

Great value. Rate are great. Location is convenient and walkable into town. The pool area is great, however as it is popular with locals, the water does get cloudy at the end of the day, they should get a stronger pool water filtering.
The rooms are comfortable although basic. The room only had 1 double outlet of which one was used for the tv. So charging devices/phone might be challenging.
Breakfast is pre-made and very simple.
I would stay here again.

Nice staff very accomodating

Bed was great but bathroom in serious need of repairs, broken tiles, leaking shower, rotten doors. The design of hotel is like a maze and construction still going on in places. Besides that good location to Seaside and staff were great.

Nice room only thing was that the hot water took a long time to get hot

Just came from a client meeting and before going back to Manila, need enough sleep for a long drive, and this place is the right place. The location is perfect just along the highway but it still quite in the rooms. The rooms were clean, breakfast beside the pool, kind receptionist and the room cost was really affordable.

Clean spacious staff is respectful

I booked and paid for the room in advance with my credit card. I received a confirmation email. I called the hotel in the afternoon to let them know I would be arriving late. When I arrived after a tiring journey I was told they had no room available. I demanded that they honor the confirmation and after an hour wait they finally came up with a room. It was much smaller than the room I reserved and I noticed on the receipt that the price was 1600 pesos, not the 2400 pesos I paid.

Once in the room we found no running water in the shower or sink, and no towels or toilet paper. I went to the lobby to let them know about the water and ask for towels. They said they'd get back to me. They did not. I called them many times with no answer and then they turned off their phone.

They did give us a better room for the next night. I was in Lucena to take a test and when I finished I wanted a refreshing swim in the pool only to find out they had emptied the pool to clean it. This was a Sunday evening and the hotel was full. I think if management was smarter they would clean the pool during the morning on a weekday when the pool would typically have less use.

Overall a very bad experience here. I would not recommend this place.

Rooms are big with tv hot/cold baths
family friendly ambiance and super delicious food!!

LOCATION IS VERY ACCESSIBLE TO SNM LUCENA, ATMS,AND FOOD SHOPS. Home away from home!

Smells inside room and compair to price no complementary water and no good breakfast

Near St. Anne college, but no room service for food, reception told us that they are busy😢😂

Room was clean, but sparse

Pros: Korean restaurant is near, Clean rooms, Quiet and peaceful, Wifi signal is strong, The lady on desk is very kind and friendly, shout out to Miss Abby!

Cons: pool area is small and crowded on weekends, night swimming is only til 8pm

Suggestion: I suggest to get the VIP rooms

This was my second visit at Quezon Premier Hotel in Lucena City. For my second visit, I tried to use different room from my first visit.

The room that was given to me was on the first floor beside the front office. The room was clean and the comfort room was nice. I had a great sleep at that place.

For the restaurant, I love to eat the food that they serve. I personally love the spicy squid with rice.

A really good place for travelers like me.

The hotel was ok. It was clean. But not worthy for its price. We booked for 4 persons and it was supposed to be three twin beds upon booking but they gave us a room with a queen bed and just gave us 1 extra mattress, and 1 extra pillow. Toiletries were provided but it was only good for 2 people. Good thing we brought our own toiletries. No complimentary distilled water unlike other hotels. Service crew were nice but they were understaffed. Free breakfast was only hotdog and scrambled eggs. Food was ok. But there’s only one waiter in the restaurant so service was kinda slow. Place is still under renovation. It’s just not worth it for its price.

Just don't book this hotel or should I say motel? It has that feel. It was clean and all, but I just can't get the motel feel out of it.

The furniture are dated, the lighting features are inadequate! The breakfast! If you can call it that was horrendous!

Their wifi is so slow, it will remind you of 2008!

Plus factor, they use premium Salem beds and the room was clean.

This is Fresh Air Hotel's (don't even dare booking this hotel) cousin in terms of ugliness. It's just a notch better.
