Pros:

NOISYYYY

I stayed in room 803 on the top floor. There is a very noisy sound up to 60dB.

According to the receptionist above, there is a broken heat pump so the sound is very loud.

This makes us on the 8th floor in room 803 unable to rest at all.

Already complained but the action is no action.
