Good:
- Room 6091 is very nice.
- Breakfast as well.
- Daughter by first time going in water got stung by jellyfish, lifeguard react fast and put vinegar on the burn.
Bad:
- the fluffy towels only at first day, we put them on the rack as we wanted to keep them (as said on sign in bathroom to save water) and still they were collected and exchanged with dry washed out ones.
- Since 4 days loud techno music until 2am from Siren Beach Club that our kids cannot sleep disturbing our vacation here. I’ve called receptionist many times they were convincing that security and police informed and it will be stopped in 5 minutes but that not happened.
- since 6 days no free sunbeds at the beach or on pool, it only left us to sit on sand.
- ordered ice-cream for kids at pool bar, got such a small ball - half of standard scoop size.
I felt very comfortable during my stay at the hotel. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I truly appreciated the warm support from Cyrus, Jasmin, Skye, and Sofia. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable.
We stayed for 3 nights with family including 2 kids 11 and 5 years. Location of the Hotel is good and amenities are best in class.
Very good options for Non- Vegiterian in breakfast with some reasonable options in Vegetarian.
Staff is supportive and reception persons speak and understand English properly.
I stayed at Radissom Blu for 4 days with my daughter. The staffs were very kind and they offered great service. It was my first time to travel with my 5-yr-old daughter but I really enjoyed it.
The resort also offers the free airport shuttle bus and I used it both ways. Special thanks to May and John, who were in charge of my convenient journey btw the resort and the airport.
Extremely disappointing experience at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc. By 8:30 in the morning, there are no towels and no sun loungers available, neither at the pool nor on the beach. The number of sun loungers is ridiculously small compared to the number of guests staying at the hotel.
Many guests face the same issue, including families with children, who are left without any place to sit or relax. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard and at these prices. Unfortunately, this significantly ruined our vacation experience.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Special thanks to Front Desk Taylor, Fiona, Lynn for being professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a warm smile.
I would also like to commend bellmen Otis and Kang for their enthusiasm, efficiency, and attentiveness when assisting with luggage and guiding guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The view is absolutely beautiful, and the room was exceptional – very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff were kind and helpful, and I would especially like to mention May, who was incredibly kind and helpful with the airport transfer. Highly recommended!
Resort atmosphere is nice, and very relaxing.
There's a buggy to bring you around and to Grand World which is very convenient.
Bedroom is comfortable, clean and spacious.
Kids love the pool and the buffet breakfast is nice, fresh, hot and full of varieties.
The highlight is they have arranged May who's one of the Radisson staff to accompany for our airport transfer which is very thoughtful.
If there's a spa available, that would be a plus.
Overall I would recommend this resort to anyone.
Great place to stay, plenty of activities for the family and kids. Great Staff to make your stay comfortable. At Avene the newly opened Indian Live Counter is a relief for the Vegetarian Guests, and the two Indian Chefs (on 8 Dec, Ashish and Vaibhav, if I recall their names correctly) are amazing and extend warmth while preparing breakfast.
My recent visit with Radisson with my family was good. Although the property is good but it is too far from airport. The check in/ check out counter for priority guest is just passable. The process is too slow. We had to wait for 20 minutes for check out. The hotel activities for the kids are quiet limited and their app doesn’t seem to be updated. Our buffet dinner at avenue was not that great, very limited option of food and staff is not well trained. They started closing the food counters without even informing. Whereas we really liked the service and food at Annex.
I am very satisfied with the support from Fiona at the Front Desk. She handled my issue quickly, professionally, and with great enthusiasm. Fiona listened carefully, took immediate action, and provided an effective solution, which made me feel well taken care of. Her friendly attitude and dedication truly enhanced my experience. Highly deserving of a 5-star review!
Radisson Blu Resort located in the Ganh Dau area of Phu Quoc which is in the extreme North of the island really exceeded our expectations across all levels. They have a complimentary pick up & drop from the airport which is very professionally managed; all you need to do is inform them a day in advance.
The welcome & check in at the front desk is warm & managed very efficiently. Rooms are spacious, super comfortable beds and spic and span as expected from an international chain. We tried out their F&B in all restaurants and they are of the highest standard. They have a huge multi cuisine breakfast spread which rotates every day.
The property is quite well spread out with lots of greenery & a private secluded beach. The best part is they also have a buggy service to the adjoining Grand World which is a night market with drop & pickup. They also provide pick up drop service to the amusement park Vin World. Additionally, if you want to venture out to central Phu Quoc i.e. Duong Dong Town they also provide drop & pick up at a fixed time.
Also, for those interested in gambling Corona casino is within the resort.
I would love to stay again here if I visit Phu Quoc again. Cheers to the wonderful staff!
