The location was good. The room was a good size, overall good value. suit two couples.
Pros:

Location, price, value

Cons:

The room smelled a little bit like cigarettes, the carpet/rug and couch were old. The FOB key was $300.00 to replace - that added a sense of anxiety to using it.

It was very disappointing and we will not be staying there again.
Pros:

Excellent location, near to restaurants and city centre. Good visitor and on street parking. Fast lifts and our mid week clean was appreciated.

Cons:

The room had a rim of dust around all the skirting boards, the couch was flithy, it smelled and was badly stained. The kitchen had the barest of cutlery and cooking utensils. The bed was comfortable but the doona was too small and the sheets so large they hung across the floor. There were marks on the walls, and the carpet was fraying. The carpet in the foya also smelled dirty. My partner and I have stayed in various Atlas / Clix apartments and have noticed a decline in standard recently. As a result we will not be staying there again.

Perfect location. Quieter than expected.
Pros:

Close to public transport, restaurants and other attractions. Apartment was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was great.

Cons:

There was no door between the en suite bathroom and the main bedroom. Definitely need some privacy there.

Safe and secure apartment with helpful staff, awesome location to get Suncorp and CBD.
Pros:

The Reception staff were very friendly and I liked the fact that they served whoever arrived there first. The apartment was tidy but the dinning table was a little small for three people to eat on. Shower had plenty of room and the water was hot and so good to have soap and shower dispensers. The lounge could have done with another chair as the three of us could not fit on the sofa. We appreciated the clothes horse to dry our clothes on the balcony. The location was good as it was easy to get to Suncorp only 20 mins walk, and bus/train station 8 mins walk with a nice 15 min walk to the CBD across the bridge.

Cons:

We would have like a dish rack as we did not want to run the dishwasher for minimal dishes and it was more sensible to wash the dishes by hand. The Queen bed was in the large room with the ensuite and the King bed was in the other room, so the couple had to sleep there. I think we should have been informed that it would cost extra to have a towels replace and then we would have brought our own. We stayed at Redcliffe apartments which was not service but they provided towels, tea towels and toilet paper for free. It was a shame there was no Foxtell and we had difficulty finding a good TV station. It would have been nice to have a list of recommended cafe and restaurants close by as we were new to the city and didn't really know what was available and where to go.
