Appartement bien situé, le spa était bien apprécié en fin de journée.
Pros:

Chambre située au 12ème étage asur South Bank avec terrasse et vue, appartement 2 chambres avec 2 salles de bain, la literie était très confortable, la cuisine était équipée pour faire la cuisine, machine à laver et sèche-linge à disposition dans la chambre.
Accès au spa et à la piscine très appréciable en fin de journée.

Rien tout était parfait pour nous.

The location was good.

Cons:

The room was very poorly kept. The floors were all scratched up like a dog had been living there. The couch was old and gross. There were nails poking out of the floor join between the bedroom and living room. The kettle was unusable. We had to boil water in a saucepan on the stove. The pool was freezing, and the lights at the pool were flicking. I wasn't impressed much at all.

A good alternative if looking for more space than a hotel room for a few nights stay.
Pros:

Location was good with plenty of eating options nearby. Still walking distance to Southbank and QPAC and quieter than closer accommodation to these attractions. Two bedroom apartment had plenty of room for us for a couple days stay.

Cons:

Having to park in a loading zone to check in, need to reserve a couple of car parks for checking in guests.

Pros:

The location was pretty close to everything since there's alot of cafes and restaurants near. also the metro is just outside. The entire apartment is spacious like the bathroom, bedroom and living room.

Cons:

Couch looked dirty with stains. The blanket in the closet wasn't clean aswell.

Brisbane mini break on the South Bank.
Pros:

Great location, spacious clean and tidy. Great view from 12th floor to the city, we were on the city side.
Close to bus and rail stations, surrounded by a wide selection of excellent eateries. Easy walking distance to museum and GOMA. Easy come and go with security fobs. Didnt visit the Gym so cant comment on that.

Cons:

Nothing really, everything was spot on.
