The carpet was so filthy I had to have it cleaned and stay with friends for 2 of the 28 nights
Bathtub backed up 3 days until they finally sent someone to fix and one day there were No towels

Disgusting!!
Pros:

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I have stayed at some bad hotels, but have never complained. The room smelled like mildew and smoke, the bedroom carpet had a small puddle. The couch and two chairs had more stains than not. The window handle broke in my hand and left the window stuck open. We checked out and moved hotel. They WOULD NOT refund my next two nights!!!! I now have to file complaints. STAY AWAY

Pros:

I went on February 14th with my girlfriend to stay for the night and watched the fire works at the fishing pier which was an amazing event! Natalia checked us in , super friendly and helpful leting us know about the event otherwise we wouldn’t have known ! Thank you!!

Nice property, friendly staff, could use some improvements in regards to comfort
Pros:

Location was quiet yet close to the beach, shops and restaurants.
Front desk staff that we met was exceptionally welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

The room we stayed in had two bedrooms. The main bedroom was great (except for not a single clothes hanger in the closet), but the second "bedroom" was more like a closet with a window, with two single beds and a small nightstand. No other furniture in the room. The bigger issue though was that the shades in that "bedroom" were not adequate to block the light from the outdoor corridor lamp right outside the window. I wish I had brought a sleep mask along, as it was so bright all night long that I barely slept. I could have read a book without turning on any other lamps in the room.

Great experience!
Pros:

The hotel is super good. Nice and clean. Affordable and close to everything. The office girls are very nice and help us all the time, especially Natalia who was super attentive and asking us if it was anything else we need. Love it! We will boom again when we are back to Florida.

Friendly accomodating welcoming staff in small complex.
Pros:

Close walk to the beach and cafes. Great master bedroom bed and size in the 2 bedroom apartment. Helpful and friendly welcome desk.

Cons:

One of the single beds was too soft. Mostly very quiet but a bit of noise in the night.

Pros:

We loved the location, very close to the beach and restaurants. Our room wasn't cleaned while we stayed there so impossible to express ourselves ont the cleanliness.

Cons:

Despite we had several message exchanges with the hotel asking us when we would arrive, we had to wait almost 30' for someone to appear at the office. Not a bid deal but not very professional.
