Nice balcony. Good bathroom although the towel rail did not heat. Very compact. Excellent double glazing. Well provided. Good servicing

Trevlig lägenhet/rum till rimligt pris centralt i Berlin. U-bahn i huset!

Dejligt, roligt sted i pænt og roligt område. Lige ved Potsdamer Platz.

Helpful reception staff and nicely appointed accommodation. One problem was the absence of an oven so self-catering was limited to microwave and the two ring electric hob.

Unsere Suite hatte eine angenehme Größe, es war alles sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Sogar das Geschirr wurde in die Spülmaschine geräumt und gespült. Ein großer Balkon zum Frühstücken oder abends sitzen, war auch vorhanden. Die Fenster waren trotz größerer Straße vor der Tür und der U-Bahn gut schallisoliert. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir auch die Lage, der Potsdamer Platz war in 5 Minuten fußläufig bzw. die U-Bahn war direkt im Gebäude. Besser geht es für eine Städtereise nicht. Sollten wir nochmal nach Berlin reisen, werden wir wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

...leider sehr viele "Silberfische" (kleine Insekten) im Zimmer. Die haben leider gestört, da es auch ein hygienisches Thema ist. Aber im Großen und Ganzen sehr, sehr schickes und modernes Haus. Großes Zimmer und viele Annehmlichkeiten.

Nice and clean hotel. Very convenient location. Has a little kitchen area which was very nice. It has a slight feel of a hospital room because of sparse decorations and general room proportions. Unfortunately we were not able to get the coffee maker, clothes dryer and AC to work in spite of following the written instructions. So either all of them were faulty or the instructions were not clear. The shampoo and shower gel had metal "collars" installed on the pumps on the bottles, which drastically limited the amount of product coming and making it impossible to use them when in the shower. I'd advise bringing your own. Overall though we had a very nice stay in spite of these inconveniences.

房間十分整潔，設備齊全，房間內竟然有洗衣機。
雖然沒有冷氣，但有提供風扇，睡眠很舒適。
入住的房間也有露台，可以姍姍心。
除了洗衣機，房間內還有微波爐，洗碗機，膠囊咖啡機， 十分推薦入住。

Vi bodde i lägenheten en natt på genomresa!
Känslan att bo i en lägenhet där man kan tvätta, laga mat eller duscha bekvämt som familj och samtidigt ha gångavstånd till pulsen i centrala delarna av Berlin är toppen!
Morgonrockar, tofflor, sköna sängar och lite kaffe socker etc i köket gav det lilla extra.
Nära tunnelbana och mindre butik för att köpa frukost.
Vi hittade gratis parkering i närheten.

Studio was compact but brand new, with oven, kitchen stuff and even a washing & drying machine. Rituals cosmetics and bathrobes were a nice touch. Very big shower. Our windows were right next to underground station so closed curtains were a must, otherwise people peek in. HOWEVER, we arrived by car so leaned on receptionist's instructions where to park as neither of us speak German and Chat GPT only takes you so far. We were told that the whole street behind the building has free parking with NO restrictions, they even got us a printout stating it. So imagine how we felt the follwing morning when we walked out of the building and our car was gone?! It turned out that we were towed away due to trees being looped that day, we spent the rest of that day running between police stations, making phonecalls and trying to get our car back. A word of advice: don't advise your guests on problem-free parking unless you actually checked it, it was a very stressful and expensive mistake that you then obliviously refused to deal with. It ruined our stay in Berlin, set us back by €200 plus phone bill, not to mention all the stress and lost time. The fact you refused to even partially reimburse us and took no responsibility is disgraceful.

Very comfortable and clean, close to main attractions.

AMAZING STAY! The pictures online don’t do it justice. The staff, the room, the location. 10/10 all around
