Lage zur Küste, nach Pusa, Lucca, Florenz

Cons:

Eigner (er und sie) sind nett, bemüht. Personal nicht.

Vieles kaputt, es wird nicht mehr erneuert. Man hat den Eindruck, in 5 Jahren existiert es nicht mehr.
Bei allem Verständnis für die Eigner im Ruhestandsalter muss man das doch ansprechen.

Pros:

Soggiorno piacevole, nonostante la presenza di una discoteca a fianco si riesce comunque a dormire tranquillamente. Personale gentile; pulizie ben eseguite.
I monolocali avrebbero bisogno di qualche piccolo intervento per ammodernare ma sono comunque molto comodi.

Decisamente terribile. Camera sporchissima con miele (a detta loro perché prima c ‘era un nido di api ) che colava dalla finestra dentro la stanza. La doccia piena di capelli , le lenzuola anche è in più impianto elettrico non a norma (le prese vicino al letto erano completamente staccate dal muro , non abbiamo neanche potuto caricare i telefoni) . Personale poco presente , sia all’arrivo che all’uscita abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di 10 minuti in reception poiché non c era nessuno a riceverci. Non potrebbero neanche affittare una stanza in queste condizioni ! Da denuncia !!

La stanza era in degrado, muri con le crepe, poco pulita e fuori sembrava abbandonato. Di fronte c'è una discoteca con musica alta durante la notte. Pizza e servizio discreti.

Bei Ankunft war niemand da, Zimmer waren dreckig, mit feuchten Wänden, schmutziger Bettwäsche, Fotos entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit, ein Bett zu wenig bekommen, Frühstück unhygienisch, alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen!
