Tutti molto accoglienti, dalla ragazza alla reception alla signora delle pulizie. La colazione molto buona, un bel buffet, (tranne il caffè, ma sono napoletana, non posso pretendere molto 🤣). Ci hanno pulito la stanza tutte le mattine. Davvero felice di questa struttura.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were especially impressed by the staff. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They contacted us the day before arrival to provide all the necessary information and instructions. As we had an early check-out, they kindly prepared breakfast for us in advance. The staff were always happy to help and gave us great recommendations.

The breakfasts were varied and delicious. We especially enjoyed the day when traditional Mallorcan dishes were served. We also appreciated the complimentary infused water with ice, citrus fruits, and mint available at the reception throughout the day.

The hotel is located very close to one of the best beaches in the area, which was a big advantage for us. The soundproofing was very good, the interior was modern and stylish, and the bed was large. The air-conditioning system worked wonderfully and kept the room at a very comfortable temperature.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!

Cons:

If we had to mention anything, we would have preferred a slightly larger bedroom and bathroom and a more comfortable mattress. However, these are only minor points and certainly not deal-breakers. Considering the price, the hotel offered a lot and provided excellent value for money.

Pros:

Central and accessible location, close to all major beaches, a major parking lot, and public transport. Clean, well-organized, and silent. The staff is very friendly.

Best of all: Exceptionally nice breakfast with a Mediterranean style, probably the best we've had in years in any hotel, meeting open buffet Turkish breakfast standards :) (Turkish colleagues would understand what I mean.)

Very enjoyable, great value for money, totally recommend!
Pros:

Loved the peaceful pool area, no rush for beds. The fridge in room was great to have. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything kept very clean always. Breakfast was nice,. Bedrooms were air conditioned and street view rooms had super evening sun. Reception area also air conditioned with chilled water always available. Location could not be better for the nightlife...and beaches / marina a short walk.

Cons:

Personal preference but beds a little hard tho still slept fine! Sometimes wished breakfast available to 10.30, and omelette would be a fantastic addition but all minor issues. Place superb overall.

Absolutely brilliant - will be back!!
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect. The staff cannot do enough to help you, so informative. The breakfast is amazing, thanks to the regular chef, he makes sure everything is topped up, hot and fresh. Lovely touches throughout our stay from the staff. Always clean and well air conditioned. The staff were happy to bring drinks and snacks to us at the pool, which was also clean and in a lovely sun trap most of the day. The hotel is on the smaller/quieter side, which is just what we needed.
