Manger is unfriendly, no concept of customer service or acknowledging guests, checkin with her was terrible, cleaner didnt clean the room, large Ants everywhere,

Excellent hotel and staff were better!
Pros:

A great little hotel in the middle of no-where. This hotel is new and presents excellent value for money. I guess it’s only suitable if working in the local area or if you want to get away from it, but a car is needed. There is a lovely restaurant with good food which is totally out of character of the area. As good, clean and comfortable as the hotel was the staff were even better and really helped me to enjoy my stay. I’m not sure if they get many westerners there. From the girls in the office, the restaurant staff to the cleaner and young lad who help with bags. The owner was also very pleasant as the only English speaking person there, he even offered to open the restaurant early as breakfast is not included, which I declined as I rather enjoy the Thai street food, which there are many within a 2 km radius. Although never trying to be 5 Star, this establishment will be memorable and I will use it again rather than the 90 min plus drive from Bangkok.
