Categories

Cleanliness
4.5
Multiple reviews report cleanliness problems: small cockroaches found in rooms, reports of dirty/common areas, moldy smell from AC in some rooms and inconsistent housekeeping quality (some guests praised fresh-smelling linens, others complained). Overall cleanliness is a clear negative.
Service
9.5
Service is frequently praised: several guests note efficient, attentive and polite reception and breakfast staff. There are isolated complaints about slow check-in and some unfriendly reception staff, but positive comments about staff helpfulness and courteous housekeeping dominate.
Location
8.5
Many guests report good, easy access location with nearby commerce and a pleasant lake; others note the hotel is far from tourist routes with little nearby entertainment. Overall location is generally considered a strength for non-tourist stays.
Room Quality
6.2
Mixed room quality: some rooms are described as spacious, clean and well-organized with good showers, while others report old/soft mattresses, leaks, broken furniture and problems with AC controls. Inconsistency across rooms lowers the score.
Amenities
7
Basic amenities and structure are acceptable (space, basic facilities, breakfast area), but guests note missing conveniences (no smart TV/streaming), limited on-site options and potential lack of parking when full.
Value for Money
8
Several reviewers explicitly state good cost-benefit and that the hotel meets basic needs; others feel the state of repairs and food quality weaken perceived value. Net impression leans positive on value.
Food and Beverage
5.5
Breakfast is a common complaint: described as bland, limited in options, fruits often not fresh and generally weak offerings. A few guests found the breakfast good and staff helpful, but negative comments are more frequent.
Overall Experience
8.4
Overall impressions are mixed but many guests reported very positive stays (clean arrival experience, friendly staff, good rooms), while a number of strong negatives (cleanliness issues, infrastructure decay, breakfast quality) lowered satisfaction for other guests. Net overall sentiment is moderately positive with notable areas for improvement.
