Wonderful
Pros:

A very pleasant hotel where you immediately feel at ease. Special mention to the warm welcome at reception and to the lady in charge of breakfast. They kindly allowed me to have breakfast a bit earlier than scheduled and even surprised me for my birthday. It’s truly these thoughtful touches that make all the difference. The room is spacious and spotless, and the Rituals products in the bathroom are a lovely extra. Many thanks to the whole team!

Pros:

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any request. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Las habitaciones son grandes y las camas muy cómodas.
Los dispensadores de jabón y de crema son de la marca Rituals, aroma muy agradable.
Estás a 7 min del centro caminando.
El buffet está todo muy bueno.

Perfect stay - Room, hospitality, food and location
Pros:

Everything. Great hotel and hospitality. The receptionist was kind enough to understand our situation as we arrived earlier in the morning before our check in, and accepted our request for breakfast and baggage drop.

Rooms - Super comfy and big. No complaints.
Location - Perfect. Close to the old town, max. 10 minutes walk. Nearby grocery stores are available too - eg. Tommy, for buying snacks.
Food - Only tried breakfast. The lady is super sweet, she made warm omelettes for my family.

Cons:

Nothing. Perhaps the stay was short :(

Pros:

Staff were lovely, young guy on the counter explained everything so well. Breaky was a good spread. Room was huge and to me exceeded the level I was expecting. Huge bathroom.
