Man wird enttäuscht
Pros:

Die Lobby war sehr gut klimatisiert.

Cons:

Das Einchecken hat wegen eines Serverfehlers extrem lange gedauert.
Das Zimmer sollte eine Klimaanlage haben ,hat nicht funktioniert.Mehrfaches Anfragen deswegen blieb erfolglos.
Bei 4 Sternen gibt es keinen Kühlschrank ,keine Kaffeemaschine und auch keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer.Ach ja ,einen Mülleimer gibt es auch nicht.Die Fenster kann man nur anklicken und es entsteht ein Luftspalt von ca. 3cm.
Das Zimmer wurde auch nicht vom Reinigungspersonal betreten.
Einen Cocktail gab es nicht an der Bar .

Wie immer alles top!
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück (Glutenfrei extra abgepackt) und auch laktosefreier Joghurt stand zur Auswahl.
Die Pancake Maschine ist ein Hingucker.

Durchweg unglaublich nettes und gut gelauntes Personal.
Selbst auf eine Doppelbuchung ist uns die Stornogebühr erlassen worden.
Rundum ein toller kurzer Aufenthalt und wir kommen immer gerne zu euch :)

Waren bestimmt 6 mal schon vor Ort und es passt alles, wie immer. Eines der besten Frühstücksbüffets.

Der Preis fürs Parken ist ein wenig happig.

Ein durchweg perfekt durchdachtes Konzept! Das Style erinnert an ein edles Hostel. Offen, jung und sehr ansprechend, alles sauber und freundliches Personal! Eine nette Bar und das Frühstück war auch toll gemacht!

The staff made our concert weekend for bad bunny special! There were a lot of Easter eggs at the reception and the welcome of the staff was insanely good and perfect for the bad bunny weekend
