This was my second time staying at Galaxy Hotel, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was modern and up to date, which made it comfortable. The only issue we had was with the bathroom door, but it was promptly fixed. Overall, a pleasant experience once again.
We got a place to stay in my home town. We are thankful for that. Staff were very friendly n helpful. Only bathroom facilities were not up to date.
The bed was so hard, it felt like I was sleeping on a hard surface. This gave me back pain.
There’s no shampoo/conditioner in bathroom, dirty towels, when showering the water gets filled on the floor. Doors are so hard to open close, jammed. Not staying here in futur
Was good first time visit to Labasa.
Dirty. Falling apart. Dodgy workmanship. Poor Construction. Smelly bathroom. Hard mattress. Not much amenities. One hair dyer shared with rest of the hotel. Old torn towels always short supply. Very poor wifi/internet. Ants. Restaurant service was ok. No variety for breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.

Very hot in dinning area
Leaky taps. Bed very very hard. Broken tiles in bathroom. We had to call room service 7 times and wait 30 mins for bath towels. Only received 1 towel for 2 people. Tea cups in rooms but no hot water jug.
Linen dirty. Bathroom cracked tiles and hand basin taps gushing water on floor. No toiletries. Notji g good about the property.
Balcony can be cleaned, parking is very tight.

Staff pay no attention. The restaurant staff could careless. Broken doors, no towels and the place in general needs a lot of maintenance

No or few towels in the bathroom Property needs repairs bathroom faucets leaks there was a cockroach on the shower floor. Looks pretty on the website realty is different. Staff not helpful I had to drag my suitcase downstairs. Never staying there again.
Would not recommend staying here. Toilet was dirty- had not been flushed or cleaned!
We booked a room for 4 people to find beds for 3 people. Reception provided a mattress at 10pm after lengthy discussion and asking us to pay extra- which we refused.
The noise from the main road keeps you up most of the night. Breakfast is not a buffet and no variety. Showered in cold water as the tanks burst in the morning- this seems to happen often here.
Overall will not be returning.

I booked for 3 rooms. On arrival was given 1 room. Told them that I had booked for 3 rooms. They were strugling to get rooms for us. Took them hours to give us rooms. And so we missed some important commitments as they didnt give rooms on time. I had booked well in advance. Looks like so poor in management.
It was walking distance to major facilities and town. Checking time was at 1 pm on Expedia but they they checked in at 2.30pm. The room was not ready and had to change to another room. Unfortunately, there is no elevator or porter so had to carry your own bags and luggage to second floor. Staffs are unfriendly and rude. They do not take customers consideration. Washroom was had plumbing issues. But to compensate this, they gave a late check out at 2pm.
