It was a beautiful place to stay, in every way!
Pros:

This was a lovely hotel with a wonderful restaurant. Our room was clean, comfortable and breakfast was great. But what really stood out to us was the the helpfulness of the staff! We had problems with our rental car and the woman working that morning went out of her way to help us, particularly with phone calls that needed to be made (since we don’t speak German) She was so very kind… and we appreciated it so much ❤️

Gemütlich und
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und bot ausreichend Platz, es war wirklich sehr sauber und hatte einen schönen Ausblick. Ich mochte auch die hohe Decke sehr. Es gab viele Kleiderbügel - eine Nebensache, die ich aber sehr praktisch fand. Normalerweise schalte ich Hotel-Kühlschränke immer aus, aber diesen hat man überhaupt nicht gehört, sodass ich ihn auch nachts problemlos nutzen konnte. Das Bad war etwas älter, aber sehr gepflegt. Es gab eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung, und ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Hinter dem Hotel ist ein sehr schöner Park zum Spazieren und Joggen, die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und der Weg zum Bahnhof auch mit Koffer zu Fuß nicht weit. Das Essen im zugehörigen Restaurant war sehr lecker!

Cons:

Die Zimmerwand zum Treppenhaus war sehr hellhörig. Da dort ab 21:00 auch der Nachtzugang ist, hat man oft die schweren Türen zufallen gehört. Abgesehen davon war es ruhig.

Sehr gut gelegen für einen Aufenthalt in Eschborn.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

Bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung hat sich das Zimmer sehr aufgeheizt. Dichtere Vorhänge oder Jalousien wären sinnvoll.

Das einchecken eine Katastrophe
BIs 3 Uhr extrem laute Musik, kein Schlafen möglich.
im Hotel niemand da, die Polizei musste helfen.
Zimmer mit Klima bestellt, bekommen habe ich ein Zimmer ohne Klima.

Pros:

Vor 7 Jahren war ich schon einmal hier. Damals wie auch jetzt bin ich von der Freundlichkeit mit der ich empfangen und betreut wurde, überwältigt gewesen.
Ich kam in einer hitzeperiode an (Temparaturen 30° und mehr). Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage aber die Managerin/Besitzerin tat alles mögliche, um den Aufenthalt in den Räumen erträglich zu gestalten. (Durchlüften der ganzen Etagen, kleines Klimagerät ohne Abluftschlauch)
Der Blick auf den Innenhof zum Außenbereich des Restaurants mit seinen großen Palmen ist schon imponierend. Um von dem Geräusch der Gäste nicht gestört zu werden, habe ich mich einfach dazugesellt und habe dort vorzüglich gegessen.
Die Unterkunft hat mir wieder super gefallen.
