Great location. Had a problem identifying the entrance and was lightly scolded for reaching them by phone instead of texting. Worst aspect was loud usage of street garbage collection point

Comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

We thought we had booked a double room and so were pleasantly surprised that we were given a kitchenette. The room was a good size, comfortable and quiet. Location was great, right in the center, near the opera house. No problems, except that by the time I asked if they could print out our boarding passes, there was no one there who was able to. Instead, they arranged for a taxi to take us to another nearby location to pick up the passes in the wee hours of the morning on our way to the airport. Their efforts on our behalf were appreciated.

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the city with snow white bedsheets , warm floor in the bathroom and great customer service . A special thank you for Victoria the front desk girl and for lady from housekeeping . I will return to this hotel with my great pleasure
