Loved it and would stay again.
Pros:

Location was perfect for night time dining options, IGA and Woolworths a short walk away and right on a tram stop.

Cons:

The room was located on a side with very little natural light.

Would highly recommend the best experience I’ve ever had

Comfortable with excellent staff.
Pros:

The location to the docklands was excellent

Cons:

The room was advertised as non smoking but the smell in the room showed this not to be the case. Difficult to remove the evidence once someone has broken the rules must be said.

We expected better all round service but as previously noted found staff generally friendly & helpful when prompted
Pros:

Location very good, nice view (once windows cleaned), staff friendly & obliging, reasonably well equiped.

Cons:

Generally found staff needed to be prompted to provide executive standard eg. at times shortage of towels, safe initially inoperative, fridge noisy at times, no basic instructions re TV & microwave ( took two staff to explain TV ), irregular rubbish removals.

Clean central even though is in Dockland and quiet streets. Washer and dryers inside one BD unit is a major plus. Friend
Pros:

Location quiet yet very central
Tram stops are easy to reach

Cons:

The elevator system, very slow. Phone reception is poor for Telstra unsure why. WIFI ok only.
Sofabed is very uncomfortable ended up just sleeping on the sofa itself
