The toilet paper sucked. And so did the decaf. But everything else was excellent!

Disappointed that the room wasn’t available and we weren’t
Cons:

We booked a room with 2 queens and got there close to
Midnight, waited 30 minutes for the staff to figure things out and tell us that there were no rooms with 2 queens available. And that we could pay for 2 rooms with kings instead. So we had to go find another hotel.

Pros:

The room was amazing. The bed was very comfy and the suite was very roomy. No complaints at all. I didn't get to use the fitness room but it looks amazing.

Cons:

The pool was closed. That wasn't on their website. The breakfast was very minimal. The staff were cordial, but not overly friendly.
