We were a bit confused initially when we arrived in an out of town shopping zone. The hotel facilities were excellent but I felt that the staff were keen for us to finish our lovely meal. We had arrived in the restaurant at 20.30 and had been reassured that we were welcome. Maybe I've misread things but I did get a vibe that staff would prefer if we finished sooner rather than later.

For us it was a good central location for day trips in Hauts-de-France. Lots of parking and shopping across the street. Rooms look over or open to a garden. Weirdly situated in an industrial area. Onsite restaurant is excellent. While somewhat dated, the rooms are very clean and well maintained. Staff speaks some Engish and are very hospitable.

Très agréable hôtel

We had a ground floor room, with a comfortable bed which faced the garden and pool. Sadly the pool was closed due to refurbishment. It had a walk-in shower room and separate toilet We enjoyed a very good evening meal in the hotel restaurant - as shown in the photos. Service could have been quicker but the food made up for it. Starters of asparagus for my husband and lobster, foie gras and avocado for myself. Mains were cod and sea bass. Desserts were a Grand Marnier flambee and rhubarb crumble. The restaurant is obviously popular with locals as it was busy with diners who were not hotel residents. I would recommend to book a table if you wish to eat here. Breakfast was simple but fine. Enough to get us on our way to the next stop. Would use this hotel again.

Le seul aspect non satisfaisant c'est le chauffage. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi le chauffage ne peut pas etre regle de la chambre. Pas de couvertures disponibles dans la chambre. L'hotel ne m'a pas donne de facture , je ne comprends pas pourquoi car reservation sur expédia.

Bâtisse et service très agréable à l’hôtel comme au restaurant…. Dommage que ma chambre ne faisait pas partie des chambres rénovée !!!

Geen privacy aangezien je enige raam uitkomt in de publieke tuin en bijgevolg iedereen die voorbij komt alles in je kamer kan zien (tenzij je je gordijnen sluit), zwembad was niet onderhouden waardoor er niet gezwommen kon worden, orde en netheid in de kamer zelf was minder (haren van iemand anders in bed,…), geen stopcontact aan je bed… Daarnaast wel ontzettend vriendelijk personeel! Zeker oké hotel voor een korte overnachting.

Ne pas se fier aux alentours. Hôtel charmant et personnel très accueillant. Sommes très contents, d'ailleurs nous y retournons en juillet.
