Pros:

die Lage ist top inmitten der Fußgängerzone, ausreichend kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe vorhanden, tolles Gastronomieangebot in der Nähe, großes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Check-In mit Code funktionierte einwandfrei

Cons:

Bett etwas unbequem, Licht im Bad wird durch Bewegungsmelder gesteuert und dadurch schaltet sich auch die sehr laute Lüftung ein, das war vor allem störend in der Nacht

Guten Tag,

das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber es gab einen starken, unangenehmen Schweißgeruch. Er ließ sich überhaupt nicht lüften. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden.

Pros:

La ubicación en pleno centro, la limpieza de las habitaciones y la simplicidad de la entrada a través de códigos.

Cons:

La ausencia de parking, las almohadas un poco incómodas y, la habitación 103 no funciona el termostato por lo que tuvimos siempre un calor excesivo.

Good value for money, clean, very centrally located to the old town, near several bus stops.
Pros:

Centrally located, kitchen was well equipped, overall pretty clean, comfortable bed

Cons:

Entrance door to the building can be easily overlooked, especially in the dark or when it’s raining. Steep staircase and no elevator, loose bathroom floor tiles. It appeared to me that the light switch and overall electricity are combined, i.e. only when the light is on then the fridge runs.

Pros:

Unkompliziertes Check-in und Check-out, wenn auch noch mit Luft nach oben. Hierzu musste zu Anfangs ein langer Check-In Code eingegeben werden. Am gemieteten Zimmer musste dann noch ein Türcode eingegeben werden. Trotz mehrmaliger Eingabe hatte es an einem Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Ich bekam daraufhin prompt ein anderes Zimmer.

Cons:

Das von mir angemietete Zimmer war nicht gereinigt. Nach Anruf bei der Service-Hotline hatte ich jedoch umgehend ein anderes Zimmer bekommen.

Cons:

Es war unglaublich stickig und warm. Fenster mussten permanent geöffnet bleiben. Kühlschrank im Zimmer musste ausgestellt werden, da er viel wärme abgab. Tür und Fenster waren gut isoliert, aber keine Belüftung.
Bewegungsmelder im Bad war mehr nervig als sinn, wenn man mal Nachts auf Toilette musste, dann blieb Licht samt Lüftung gute 5min an.
Küche war viel zu klein un damit überhaupt was anfangen zu können.
Wand war auch schon lange nicht mehr gestrichen.
Dafür war die Lage top.
