I am never going there again.
Cons:

I had gone there for work, There were multiple issues that I faced. The rooms had cockroaches, even after i complained and got it cleaned they were still there. water was dropping from the AC, the wind vents of the AC were broken so could not be adjusted as per comfort. At night electricity went off couple of times, leaving the whole room without fan, Ac, and lights. i faced water issues also twice, there was no water after a point, i faced it during 8pm at evening and also during 7.30 am in the morning. I had meetings lined up from morining for which i had to leave hotel by 7.30am but the breakfast which i had pre paid for had timings of 8am to 10pm, making it highly inconvenient for any working professional. ( but after request, they gave me bread and butter)

Gives a very comfy and cool stay, but @20% higher price
Pros:

An old fashioned, cool, clean place to stay, with all the comfort, good breakfast, very courteous staff and almost everything available for a solo traveller. But for good value for money, all the furniture and provided facilities needing a VERY URGENT UPGRADE (wrt bathroom, ACs, Wardrobs).

Cons:

All the facilities provided are working well, but below the price level expectations. As below:
1. Bothroom seat, wash basins were too old with cracks
2. In offered room seepage (or long closed door) smell was there, with low light complaint, while the other choosen room, was not heaving shower partition curtain at all.
3. Crockery offered in the room was very low class. Tea Coffee sheshes were provided on demand
4. Sparkling lights outside the wide front window, disable you to keep the curtains open in night for outside view.
5. Sofa covers, seat covers were clean, but badly need replacement, as being over used.
6. Wardrobe lights in my room were not operational, keeping it very dark at entrance.
7. Hangers in wardrobe can be used only to hang max 5 year-kids cloths only
8. Restaurant also needs a minimum makeover wrt window doors and glasses.
