Great customer service & comfortable stay!
Pros:

The hotel room and lobby area was clean and felt comfortable. This was my daughter’s (almost 6 months) first time in a hotel and we both enjoyed our stay. I appreciate the wonderful customer service I received from Taneshia. She greeted us kindly when we arrived and made the check in process smooth. Managing luggage and a baby can be a challenge all by yourself but Taneshia was a great help with helping us get settled into our room and overall comfortable in the hotel. I come to the Waukegan/North Chicago area often and in the near future? I will definitely book here again!

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t - I saw other Hampton inn locations have selections of flavored cream like French vanilla, hazelnut etc. I would’ve love to have those as a part of the coffee bar.
