Nice rooms . Excellent staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a budget hotel. Given the limited options in Zamboanga, the hotel is good, and the price point is very reasonable as well. Don't expect anything fancy; you're not paying fancy prices! The rooms are old but clean, as is the washroom. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The location is on the border of a commercial area and somewhat residential area - you will hear noises from the street, but not regularly (might be different for very light sleepers). Short story: I would stay again.

The hotel’s location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
Room Comfort: Unfortunately, the comfort level was lacking. Extra pillows are available, but at an additional cost of P20 per pillow per night. Instead of a proper blanket, only a thin sheet of cloth was provided, which left me freezing during the night.

My experience was so-so. The room was clean, and the bathroom had both hot and cold showers that were working. They serve breakfast from 6-9 am. Initially, the breakfast was okay, but sometimes it felt repetitive. It was edible, but don't expect too much from it. Kasi nakakasawa talaga sine-serve nila.

There were nights when I had trouble sleeping due to noises from outside. The window is huge but not soundproof. I hope they will do something about the soundproofing. That's the only thing that disappoints me.

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. It was an awesome experience. Spacious room, cold a/c, free breakfast and hot shower for an affordable price

Friendly and helpful staff

The room is clean and spacious. Plus their cafe served good food and has reasonable price for the serving.

Checking in was so awkward. The receptionist was rude. Don’t smile at all. Awful smell in the shower. Only clean when requested. Breakfast was ok not great, edible. Security guards do not open the doors for you and I noticed they don't check thoroughly who comes and goes in the hotel. No fridge in the deluxe or atleast a kettle.

Amazing Hotel

A/C was great! Close proximity to the purpose of my visit. Pretty quiet location.

Was in a real convenient location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. Was pretty clean. Price was reasonable.

Affordable price, lack of other amenities

The hotel was ok, but out of 12 days we only had warm water for showers once [[ ONCE ]], . The breakfast was always the same, COLD, A PILE OF RICE,A LITTLE PIECE OF AN EGG, SOMETHING ,I THINK MAYBE A SAUSAGE, AND COFFEE OR JUICE. And we were moved TWICE to different rooms, because the toilet was not working right ! And what they call a blanket ,was just a thin SHEET ! And their had to put up a $500.00 deposit, cash only no credit cards , so had to go to WESTERN UNION office to get cash ! WAS NOT REALLY IMPRESSED BY THE PLACE !

Room did not have a comforter, only flat sheet. Bathroom is not clean; it shows mold and mildew, rust on faucets and water calcification, smells funky and water warm temperature didn’t work properly.

My fave so far. Its my second home in Zamboanga.
