Pokój duży i przestronny wysokie sufity. Obsługa miła

Cons:

Największym minusem był lód na parkingu o mało co nie straciłem zębów. Paprykarz na śniadaniu też nie był wybitny. Dodatkową opłatą jaką musiałem ponieść był płatność za parking jednak dla gości hotelu preferował bym darmowy parking.

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Cons:

Die Empfangsdame hat immer noch nicht gelernt die Gäste zu begrüßen, sehr unsympathisch!

Warmwasser ist ausgefallen.

Super Hotel, würden wir wieder wählen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage war super zentral, alles war zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer mit Stadtblick war durch Straßenlärm ziemlich laut, leider auch nachts.
Am Abreisetag war Eisregen, dadurch waren die Außentreppe (ohne Geländer) und die Wege sehr glatt. Abhilfe wurde erst gegen 10 Uhr geschaffen.

Było czysto i ciepło, dosyć smaczne śniadanie.

Cons:

Dosyć kłopotliwy sposób wjazdu na parking - brak dedykowanego telefonu do tej usługi (często zajęta linia)
Brak kanałów naziemnych w TV - internetowa telewizja nie działała ze względu na bardzo słaby internet w TV
W kranie pod prysznicem czas oczekiwania na gorącą wodę to nawet 5 minut.

Willa jako hotel robi pozytywne wrażenie zarówno zewnętrznie jak i w środku, ale niewiele by to znaczyło bez wspaniałego na każdym kroku personelu. Szczególne podziękowanie z mojej strony za pozytywne ustosunkowanie sìę do mojej prośby o przydzielenie pokoju na pierwszym piętrze, mimo, że z racji skorzystania z aktualnej promocji takie lokum prawdopodobnie było tylko na drugim. Moją prośbę motywowałem podeszłym wiekiem moim i żony. Jeszcze raz dziękujemy.
