Stayed for just the one night as part of a tour group which included breakfast. Breakfast was really good, had more variety than the other hotels we have stayed.

Quick easy checking. Location was perfect. As close to restaurants and walking distance to Family Mart and Supermarket.

Clean and tidy. Jug, with selection of condiments, fridge, iron, robes & slippers available. Soap dispensers in the Bathroom. Glass between Bathroom and bedroom but pull down blind.

Nice clean hotel attached to a small outdoor mall with lots of great restaurants and shops. Near the hotel, though could not find the shuttle from ariport to hotel, but from hotel to airport was smooth, leaves every hour I think. Also had great service from Juan Peng.

This Holiday Inn is only stop to Hangzhou International Airport by metro. It takes about 35 minutes to West Lake Culture Center by metro. The front desk services are excellent, quick check in and out. Especially Ms. Song who is very professional and thoughtful. Overall it’s a great stay if you need to stay close to Airport.

Quick check in and comfortable night sleep before an early morning flight. The staffs were very helpful with the morning call and arranging our shuttle to the airport at 5am. there's food around the hotel hence if its gonna be be convenience and comfortable definitely here is the place to be.

The Hangzhou Holiday Inn Airport Hotel is convenient for anyone who needs to stay one night next to the Hangzhou airport. Rooms are tidy and well equipped (big shower, TV, enough space). It is located a 15 min. drive away from the airport. We were picked up and dropped off to the airport for free. A super market, restaurants, some bars, and some shops for basic necessities are close buy. Late check out until 2 pm available. The breakfast was not exceptional, but offered basic choices of both Western and Chinese food. There is a 3rd-party gym and a pool in the next building, which can be used for free, however, towels and water need to be brought from the hotel.

Limousine Bus Service to the airport was good even the early departure.

I stayed at this hotel for one night since I had to catch an early flight the next morning. I was upgraded to a suite, its a very nice room, lots of space but really did not need it. Others traveling with me where assigned the same room but in smoking floor without asking. This was very uncomfortable since the smell of cigaret was very strong like a night club. Eventually they changed to another floor but no suite. All in all its a good place to stay if you need to catch an early flight since you are close to the airport. Room was good, A/C not so great, maybe because outside was cold they regulate the room A/C.

this place was above a mall with some places open 24hrs. lots for kids to do with an amusement park 3 levels up. Room smelt smoky even tho it was a no smoking room. breakfast buffett was ok, same food as most

This hotel is first class for facilities, cleanliness, service and location. Just step outside and you find literally dozens of restaurants, bars and entertainment to choose from for young, old and families with children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. All facilities were up to scratch and the lobby bar was quite comfortable and extremely cheap (2 beers, a glass or red wine, and a barcardi and coke for AUD24).

The hotel opens onto a large indoor/outdoor precinct with heaps of restaurants … we had a great Chinese meal in one of the restaurants with 2 dishes, fried rice, and two beers for less than AUD$30

Not only were the staff warm and welcoming as soon as we arrived, the amenities spoke for themselves.
Clean western toilets with impeccable interior design greet you alongside some iced tea after coming in from the summer heat.
The rooms were spacious, gorgeous overlooking the shopping street. We wandered around the shopping street for hours and had an absolute ball.

I would return to China just to visit this hotel again. What a beautiful highlight of our trip.

This was another nice, clean and modern hotel with a good breakfast even though it was close to the Airport it did not worry us as you did not hear the planes.
There was a very good assortment of restaurant around this hotel to choose from with plenty of things to see in the surrounding mall
