They try to scam

Cons:

Location is bad, rooms are small, but there is an old woman with glasses there. God knows if she is a manager or what, she pushes you to cancel your reservation and pay her directly. She also offers free breakfast for 1 day if we accept it but we thought it was risky. Because booking.com also has our credit card details and we afraid to accept her offer not to be charged twice. She started to shout at us when we did not accept her offer and we just took our keys and went to our room. All travellers must be careful about that old woman

THE ONLY THING I WANT TO SHARE WITH OTHER TRAVELLERS TO BE CAREFUL WITH THE BLOND OLD WOMAN BEHIND RECEPTION. SHE IS OFFERING TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION AND MAKE PAYMENT DIRECTLY TO HOTEL WITH DISCOUNT. WE DID NOT ACCEPT IT BECAUSE MAYBE BOOKING.COM WOULD RECHARGE TO US. SO SHE LOOKES LIKE A SCAMMER. BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL BECAUSE THE LOCATION IS VERY BAD

Тихий, ухоженный отель. Все продумано до мелочей, даже для бюджетного варианта
Pros:

Локация действительно отличная. В шаговой доступности центральная площадь и парк Панфилова. Много кафе с кухней разных национальностей и магазинов. Банки тоже рядом.

Cons:

Location is far. No swimming pool. Indoor pool and sauna was not working. The old woman with blond hair is very rude. If you do not cancel your booking and make reservation directly from her, she makes you feel uncomfortable with her eyes. Just ignore that woman and make most of it

Cons:

The main problems are location & staff of the hotel. Unfortunatelly we did not check the location well before we booked it. When we arrived we understood it was a big mistake. Ther is nothing around hotel. Even if you want to go somewhere to eat, you must take a cab. Staff of the hotel have fake smile on them. They tried to charge us more than the reservation amount and we refused it. they give you lower exchange rate for the payment. By this way they request more than they deserve and when we calculated, we did not pay what they asked. wifi also bad

to be honest we just wanted to stay in a budget hotel but we did not expect a hotel like this. wifi bad, the beds were uncomfortable, staff do not speak english well thats why we could not communicate well. the main disappointance was the location. really far away from center. from now on we will never trust the reviews of the hotels because we trusted and had to pay a lot of money for taxi. we could stay in a better located hotel for the money we spent. even there was no restaurant or cafe around hotel to eat.

Мы были проездом, друзья посоветовали остановиться в отеле Флагман и мы не пожалели.Комфортно,уютно,чисто и что не мало важно тихо и спокойно.Вследующий раз планируем остановиться там же и подольше.Администраторы очень вежливые , весь персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый.Так что остались очень довольны от прибывания в отеле Флагман.Желаем удачи и процветания!!!
