Cons:

The housekeeping was annoying. Two Bangladeshi tried to open my room door when I havent checked out yet. Keot telling me my room already checked out at 10am. Who are they to tell me this !!!!

The room is quite big and comfortable, perfect location and great service. Did not get to use their recreational facilities

Top-notch and world-class hospitality at the HOUSE in KL
Pros:

Recently I had two very seamless and pleasant stays with Hyatt House Mont Kiara. What truly sets this property apart from the rest is its team of passionate and professional associates. Every one of them - from the doormen and concierge to the housekeepers and front office staff personnel - was exceptionally friendly, helpful, accommodating and attentive to details. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure that guests were comfortable, relaxed and well looked after. From the moment of entering into the hotel lobby all the way through checkout and departure, and from the courtesy suite upgrade to the thoughtful amenities setup, every aspect had been meticulously taken care of. To my big surprise, despite Hyatt House being a select-service brand of Hyatt, the level of servicing and guest-orientation they delivered even outperformed some other upscale full-service Hyatt properties in KL. GM Maria, Hotel Manager Aditya and their dedicated teammates (including TC, Raka, Aida, Wei Hui, Sharharia, Aan Singh etc.) made me constantly feel home and valued through highly personalised, genuine and meaningful interactions. From what I observed and experienced, they were also immensely committed to implementing continuing service refinement, facilities maintenance as well as rooms and amenities upkeep - to make the HOUSE a better place for all. Another big advantage was the location, with a wide array of dining options within easy reach to suit different culinary preferences. All in all, an impeccable experience from all angles. I would not hesitate to stay with Hyatt House Mont Kiara again on my future visits to KL for sure.
