Comfortable stay
Pros:

Good location within Mont Kiara
Sunway 163 mall and other areas around it. Walkable and connected to main Klang area

Cons:

Breakfast was below average for the expectations from Hyatt. Not much spread of fresh fruits, other options.

Great location and cleanliness, but improvements in maintenance and communication are needed.
Pros:

All the provided items, including towels, utensils, and dishes, were clean and in excellent condition. The bedding was also well-prepared and very clean.

The location of the accommodation is excellent. There are many shops and cafés nearby, which makes it very convenient. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also good.

Cons:

I noticed that there were ants around the kitchen and sofa area. If we had stayed longer and prepared food, it could have become a bigger issue.

The bathroom floor was also quite slippery when wet. It seemed that the floor tiles might not be properly leveled, as the water did not drain well.

Parking always requires validation before exiting. It would be helpful if this could be clearly communicated in advance to guests who are staying with a car.

Additionally, guests should be informed that they need to bring the parking card used at the entrance in order to receive the discounted rate.

Pros:

I had such a wonderful time at Hyatt House KL, Mont Kiara, and really enjoyed everything about my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so welcoming, professional, and always ready to lend a hand with a smile, which made me feel right at home and well taken care of.

We booked a Den bedroom. The room was spotless, roomy, and well-kept, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was super comfy, and the amenities were thoughtfully arranged, making the stay both easy and enjoyable. I want to give a big shout-out to Nasir. He always has a big smile and checks in on us whenever we see him, making sure we have everything we need. He also keeps our room spotless with his meticulous cleaning.

The hotel’s location is good, with a couple of small malls nearby, along with lots of restaurants and street food stalls. There isn’t much to see in the area, but it’s a nice neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and good value for money, and I’m already looking forward to staying here again sometime.
