Good stay
Pros:

Great location. Clean room and great amminnites. Everyone was nice and very polite.

Cons:

My room was two doors down on the frist floor from the morning breakfast. Staff was very loud at 5:15-5:30am. The waffle make was going off every few minutes. Made for poor sleeping conditions.

You should let guests know when an amenity is off the table.

The pool was not working. I wish we had known so we could book elsewhere. Trying to entertain an 8 year old for 5 days was no fun.

Great location! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was good.

Cons:

Your beds and pillows are terrible! It was like sleeping on a plywood board - and the pillows have absolutely no support - they're old and material inside is broken down. Stacking 3 pillow together for any kind of support.

Great stay with great staff
Pros:

The Staff, Nolan was so friendly and welcoming and accomodating with all my requests. Rhonda breakfast staff was all about assisting me and guiding me to the breakfast area . Great and making you feel like home away from home.

Cons:

Need to have step stools available for short people.
