I recently stayed at the Kyriad Hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. On arrival, there was no electricity in my room, meaning that the fridge and lighting were non-functional. Despite notifying the reception, the issue wasn’t resolved promptly. I was asked to return the following day to accompany the electrician, which was inconvenient and not what I expected during a leisure stay. Additionally, my room was not cleaned throughout my stay, and the reception staff was unresponsive to my concerns.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, particularly for families or couples seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would strongly advise others to avoid it. The reception staff were unresponsive and showed little willingness to assist, reflecting a very poor level of customer service overall. The room conditions were unacceptable, with a significant mosquito problem that made it extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the TV was not working, which further added to the frustration. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and far below expected standards.

Un message au manager. Le personnel pas très serviable ne donne aucune solution au problème. Les odeurs de cigarettes sont vraiment désagréables dans cet hôtel. Quelles sont les règles pour fumer dans un hôtel en 2026? Il faudra choisir entre un restaurant et un bar. Je déconseille fortement aux familles. Les petites cuisines intégrées dans les chambres ne sont d'aucune utilité. Il manque de tous.Pourquoi réserver une chambre avec cuisine sans pouvoir l'utiliser correctement? À revoir à 100%.
