Nice hotel
Pros:

Super nice hotel and very nice staff

Cons:

So many insects even in rooms however it is due to the area… (1000 legs, spiders, etc.)

Die Dschungeltour war sehr gut davon war das Personal sehr nett und haben viel erklärt.

Cons:

Die Betten waren sehr hart davon hat man Rückenschmerzen bekommen. Dadrauf wurde die Besitzerin drauf hingewiesen. Wir haben den Transfer über die Unterkunft gebucht von Medan und plötzlich mussten wir dann noch Geld dafür zahlen, das unser Gepäck zur Unterkunft kommt. Des Weiteren konnte die Besitzerin nicht durch sagen, weil sie eingeschnappt war, was ich ziemlich unprofessionell fand.

Cons:

带阳台的不要订，每天早上和晚上都是在朋友的房间里洗漱洗澡…自己脑补一下，卫生间环境很难接受…洗水台模拟山泉水流出来，一开水就溅满身的水，然后下水从脚下流出来…
没有空调，一个慢慢的电扇…屋子里霉味挺重的

Cons:

和朋友两个人订了两间房，一件普通一间带阳台更高价格，然后带阳台的靠着山，厕所里吗就是石头的那种，灯很黑，花洒是个椰子壳，一开水，水花四溅，根本落不到身上，房间有壁虎什么的，厕所有大蜘蛛，飞虫什么就不用说了。
服务方面，前台不会帮你解决任何问题，因为我后面隔一天还有一晚，房间都不换，就要么自己退。就，有点无语，女士谨慎，没有吹风机我晚上九点洗澡，的头发早上五点才干。

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

We stayed in the budget double room and these were very clean with free water, good aircon and fan system, hot showers and shared terrace. Rather than the other rooms, the budget rooms are only up a small amount of stairs. The staff were extremely helpful. Food at hotel was very good and we booked a jungle trek through hotel which was great.

Cons:

Generally all good but things to be aware of are:
- the beds very hard.
- the budget rooms are next to path (used by motor bikes) and above reception so there was noise in early morning and evening.
- the hotel is next to Jacks Bar and another bar and on the Saturday night we stayed it was very noisy upto 2am (other nights were fine). We understand that the higher lodges and accommodation were not as badly affected and other accommodation in are would have had similar problem.

Belle adresse pour se poser a Bukit Lawang
Pros:

Chambres spacieuses, salle de bain avec eau chaude, vue du balcon et petits déjeuners très bons.
Personnel adorable et serviable.
Activités bien organisées (village tour et cooking class) avec des partenaires locaux.

Cons:

Rien. Juste attention aux singes chapardeurs sur le balcon !

Exceptionnel !!!

Absolument tout, !!! Chambre spacieuse, salle de bains avec vue sur la nature, sympa de prendre sa douche en regardant les singes ! Restaurant excellent, le meilleur mie goreng de notre séjour. Personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable.
Le trek dans la jungle 2j/1 nuit restera une des plus belles expériences de notre vie. Baek et Olip ont été des guides géniaux et éthiques. Grâce à eux, nous avons pu voir 6 orang-outans dont le mâle alpha et une maman et son bébé, des langur de Thomas, et plein d' autres singes. Quel bonheur de se réveiller avec le chant des gibbons et des toucans.
Mention particulière à Olip qui a vraiment fait tout son possible pour nous permettre d approcher au plus près les singes et nous permettre de vivre un rêve éveillé.

Cons:

Partir de l' hôtel et quitter la jungle...

Mixed: great food, good location and friendly staff. Rest is super basic. Don't expect to sleep well
Pros:

The location is really good, the lady at the check in is super friendly and she is a great cook. They have 3 airco rooms downstairs for 2p each. I'll go back for a lunch here .

Cons:

The price is insane, especially for the family room, they have a 7 day cancellation policy, which is also not competitive any more. The older rooms are super warm, no airco, very noisy, so it's like sleeping outside. It does give you the jungle feeling though..but I won't go back for the rooms.

Équipe très sympa, logement propre et confortable. Trek 3j avec Mosketa/Arnold au top, passionné, sincère, je recommande et l'hôtel et le guide !
