Pros:

La posizione molto comoda, sia per muoversi a piedi che per i mezzi di trasporto.
Saff giovane, molto disponibile.
La stanza poteva forse essere un po' più grande (eravamo in famiglia, con bimba di 5 anni), ma la camera era molto bella e pulita. Per i bambini al piano terra c'è uno spazio giochi molto carino.
Non abbiamo scelto la colazione a buffet (molto costosa a parere mio) ma il bar dell' albergo era molto rifornito,, capouccini e dolcetti ottimi e prezzi nella media della città.
Abbiamo anche cenato un paio di volte al pub dell' hotel (hamburgeria) dove abbiamo mangiato bene.
Sceglieremo sicuramente questo hotel nel caso di un altro viaggio a Berlino.
Consigliatissimo.

Die Lage direkt am Ostbahnhof, dass es ein Café für ein kleines, schnelles Frühstück gab.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Superior Zweibettzimmer gebucht und ein Familien Zimmer mit vier Betten bekommen, in dem man sich kaum bewegen konnte. Fenster ist mit Netz ‚vergittert, es kommt kaum Luft und Licht in den Raum. Raus sehen tut man auch nicht. Und auf was wir so gar nicht stehen, wenn am Abreisetag das Putzpersonal ab 9:00 alle 20 Minuten im Zimmer steht(!) oder mit dem Staubsauger gegen die Tür rammelt. Checkout ist um 11:00 !!

Günstig, sauber, unruhig.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super! Direkt gegenüber des Ostbahnhofs! Man kommt mit der S-Bahn in Minuten überall hin.
Personal o.ä. hatte ich keinen Kontakt, da alles anonym per Handy funktioniert.
Mit geschlossenem Fenster hört man keine Straßengeräusche

Cons:

Es muss einem klar sein, dass hier jede Menge Schulklassen gastieren.
Es ist außer Handtücher, Klopapier, Seife, ein Mülleimer und Bettwäsche nichts auf dem Zimmer. Kein Glas, kein Kühlschrank o.ä. keine Badaccessoires...
24 Std. lang brummte in regelmäßigen Abständen bei uns im Zimmer eine Pumpe oder ähnliches der Klimaanlage (auch wenn sie ausgeschaltet ist)
Matratzen sind sehr hart, aber nicht durchgelegen.
Zimmer war sauber.

het hotel is over de gehele lijn bijzonder basic alles is er maar het geeft geen hotelgevoel de bedden zijn klein maar groot genoeg zoals ook de kamer zelf de douche werkt wel maar had iets meer water mogen geven om lekker te kunnen douchen -- ontbijt heb ik daar niet genuttigd dus daar kan ik niet over oordelen

de kamerservice vind ik belabberd omdat as je het niet aangeeft zij de kamer niet schoonmaken-dit is middels een sticker in de badkamer vermeld en het moet via de app worden vermeld (niet toegankelijk voor iedereen) en zo was bij ons de eerste dag niets gedaan en ik heb daarop de gelijk via de app gemeld dat de kamer moest worden schoongemaakt de andere dag maar helaas toen wij na een dagje Berlijn terugkwamen waren ze niet geweest en hadden wij geen toiletpapier meer en geen handdoeken een vriendelijke jongen achter de receptie heeft ons toen handdoeken en toiletpapier gegeven en in het systeem gezet dat de kamer moest worden schoongemaakt en dat is dan gebeurd na 3 dagen --ik zie dit alleen maar als besparing op de personeelskosten en vind dat geen hotelwaardig beleid

Staying for a second time and enjoyed again
Pros:

Our stay was very pleasant. Staff members at the reception were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is nicely furnished and has good amenities including luggage storage and a kitchen where you can prepare your own food. The location is convenient - near the train station, which a transport hub for all kinds of transport; also close to shops and restaurants. Would recommend!

Cons:

On one of the mornings we asked for our bathroom to be cleaned and for fresh towels, but when we came back in the evening Housekeeping hadn't been to the room and we only got clean towels from Reception.
