Stanza quadrupla molto stretta assenza di armadi, solo 2 grucce per 4 persone x appendere abiti. pulizia stanza e tende da rivedere, si sentiva la presenza di polvere

Tolle Lage, in der Nähe des Ostbahnhofs, sehr nette Rezeptionisten, schneller, unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out.

Cons:

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt: Leider kein Schrank für Kleidung - für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber in Ordnung.

Praktische Lage, sehr nah am Ostbahnhof

Cons:

Hostel- Charakter. Versuch, die Gäste alles per App selbst machen zu lassen. Bei Ankunft war dann ein falsches Zimmer zugewiesen ( Vierbett Familienzimmer anstatt Delux Doppelzimmer). In dem Zimmer Betten ohne Lattenrost oder ähnliches. Bei Beschwerde hieß es, es wäre alles andere ausgebucht. Wir hatten aber ca 2 Monate vorher gebucht....Nach Beschwerde bei Booking wurden wir am nächsten Tag in ein besonders schönes Eckzimmer umgebucht. Schon merkwürdig. Qualität der Frühstückszutaten unterirdisch schlecht. Zwar "alles" da, aber jeweils das billigste vom billigen, inklusive Selbstabräumung. Frühstücjspreis hierfür total überteuert.

Online Check-in und Handy-Schlüssel haben gut funktioniert: Zimmer sauber, modern und in tadellosem Zustand

Cons:

Für das mittlere Preisniveau ist es doch extrem „no frills“ - keine Gläser/Becher, kein Kühlschrank, sehr kleine Zimmer, Check-in erst nach 15:30, kein Mitarbeiterkontakt.
