Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk! Indeling kamer/appartement, locatie

Cons:

1 x per week schoonmaak is echt veel te weinig. We waten er 2 weken er is 1 x schoongemaakt, pas na 9 dagen.

Pros:

I had a perfect stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Every detail was taken care of, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

Cons:

The remote occasionally had some minor issues, and the breakfast was a bit different from what we ordered.

Een prima hotel
Pros:

De kamer was ruim en er stond een bankje en eettafel. De keuken had een vaatwasser, oven en 4 pits fornuis. De smart TV was probleemloos te koppelen met eigen Netflix. Supermarkt en snackbar op loopafstand. Alles was keurig schoon en ik genoot van het uitzicht op de Douwe Egberts fabriek en de stad.

Cons:

De buurt leek een beetje onprettig. Ik kwam in het donker aan, parkeerde op straat waar al een baksteen en autoruitscherven lagen. Dus de betaalde parking is aan te raden.
Binnen was niemand, inchecken via een display waarmee je zelf je keycard moest maken. Nergens mensen te zien in het gebouw, ik voelde me een beetje onprettig daar in mijn eentje op die afgelegen kamer in die lange lege gang. 's Nachts toen ik van meerdere kanten gebonk en gekreun hoorde besefte ik me dat dit echt zo'n porno hotel is, ideaal daarvoor met die anonieme check in 😀
Zondagochtend bij het uitchecken was er wel personeel en er bleken toch best veel mensen overnacht te hebben. Bij daglicht ziet de wijk en het gebouw er ook een stuk beter uit, best leuk zo aan het water. Dus zorg dat je lekker bij daglicht arriveert om een goede indruk te krijgen.

Finger weg vom Panoramaview-Zimmer
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind komplett mit einer Küchenzeile, Sofa und guten Matratzen ausgestattet und ausreichend groß. Das Panoramaview-Zimmer hätte einen fantastischen Rundumblick über drei Seiten geboten, wenn nicht ein handfester Konstruktionsfehler das Bewohnen im Winter unmöglich gemacht hätte. Siehe unten.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist sehr, sehr klein und die Toilette ist in einem sehr schmalen Abstand zwischen Wand und Waschbecken eingebaut.
Finger weg vom Zimmer mit Panoramaview. Der Fensterflügel hat über die komplette Höhe des Fensters einen 1cm breiten Spalt im geschlossenen Zustand, so dass Lärm, Zugluft und Regen/Schnee ungehindert eintreten können. Dieses betrifft die Zimmer im 3. sowie im 4. Stockwerk (Konstruktionsfehler!).

Ruhige und relativ zentrale Lage am Kanal, sauber, Zimmer hat ausreichende Größe , unkompliziert.
Pros:

Angenehmes Zimmer mit Blick über den Kanal nach Westen. Relativ zentrale, sehr guteLage um mit dem Rad Utrecht zu erkunden. Trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Sehr enges kleines Bad, welches aber funktioniert hat. Die Decke des Zimmers hatte was von Fabriketage, kann man besser händeln.
