Kann man machen, wenn einen die o.g. Umstände nicht stören.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Stadt, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es keine Urbanität. Die Busverbindung ist allerdings sehr gut und wer mag, kann sich hier auch Fahrräder ausleihen.
Im Zimmer ist eine Küchenzeile, so dass man sich selbst versorgen kann, ein Supermarkt ist nicht weit entfernt.

Cons:

Die Reinigungszyklen entsprechen nicht meinen Erwartungen und auch nicht den Erfahrungen aus anderen Hotels. Für frische Handtücher oder frische Bettwäsche muss man estra bezahlen.
Als Frühstück gibt es auf Wunsch eine Tüte mit abgezähltem Essen.
Die Ausmasse der Nasszelle habe ich bei meiner Größe (1,87 m und Konfektionsgröße 60) als unzureichend empfunden.
Im Haus ist ein Bistro, dass jedoch nur für Gruppen nach Anmeldung geöffnet hat.

Close to city center clean and easy! Perfect stay.
Pros:

You can easily take a bus near the hotel entrance to get into town. Super clean, big enough rooms. Was a good stay. Book this if the city center is too expensive, it's clean, has enough space and it's easy to get to town and back with a bus in 10 minutes. Walking takes 25-30 minutes.

wenig, schöner Ausblick auf den Fluss

Cons:

Kein Hotel Charme, Lounge bzw. zusätzliche Aufenthaltsräume nicht vorhanden oder Geschlossen. Kostenloser Handtuchwechsel bzw. Zimmerservice erst ab 7 Nächten, absolut inakzeptabel, Austattung Zimmer bescheiden und lieblos.

Pros:

Wir waren mit Baby dort. Ausgestattete Küchenzeile, sodass wir unser eigenes Frühstück zubereiten konnten. Babybett war auch vorhanden und das Elternbett ist auch groß genug, sodass Baby mit drin schlafen konnte. Supermarkt ist keine 3 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Hotel und Lage sind sehr ruhig und schön direkt am Kanal. Abends konnten wir am Kanal spazieren gehen und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Nähe vorhanden. Wir sind ca. 30 Minuten in die Stadt gelaufen, kann man gut machen. Parkplätze sind auch genug vorhanden, aber recht teuer. Das Hotel ist gut angebunden. Mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit zum botanischen Garten und zum Kastel de Haar. Alles in allem hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen und wir würden nochmal kommen.

Cons:

Hoteleigener Parkplatz ist sehr teuer, dafür dass man schon nicht wenig für das Hotelzimmer bezahlt.

Pros:

Найбільш нам сподобався сам номер з чудовим видом з вікна.
Також були зручні ліжка і чиста постіль.
На кухні було все необхідне для приготування їжі, а також миття посуду. Дякуємо за каву, чай.
Біля готелю є досить великий супермаркет, де ви можете купити необхідні продукти.
У 5-ти хвилинах пішки від готелю - зупинка автобусів. Можна дістатися за 10-15 хвилин до центру Утрехту.
Розклад дуже зручний. Автобуси ходять часто та майже без запізнень
