-The free cleaning service we provide is weekly and is performed every seventh day of stay. Extra cleaning service is available at an additional cost.

-The gym and pool have a limited number of guests. Ask for details at reception.

-The pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is active and is for the exclusive use of guests.

-The suite does not have kitchen utensils services. If required, we have a kit with an additional cost at reception.

Es vergonzoso, el grado de suciedad y de lo que no funciona no terminaría, en resumen no recomendable para nadie que le guste la limpieza, todo esta sin mantenimiento, lo que hacen o intentan reparar lo hacen mal y queda peor, siempre te dicen si pero no hacen nada, las habitaciones las entregan sucias, muy sucias! Las persianas están podridas y entra toda la luz, si las tocas se caen los pedazos. Los colchones son super incomodos y mas pequeños que la base, las almohadas huelen mal y están amarillas de la suciedad, solo le cambian la funda.
Cuando inicio era completamente diferente, lo único que se salva es la ubicación.

Pésimo servicio, no te ponen toallas en la habitación, no dan insumos como crema ni agua y un estacionamiento que deja poco a desear. Mal Higiene de puertas y pacillos y tapetes del hotel. Hotel bonito por fuera deteriorado por dentro NO VUELVO

Que estaba limpio tenía estacionamiento propio privado tenia tenía artículos básicos como para almacenar producto tanto refrigerador como micro para calentar comida y estufa eléctrica aparte que el baño tenía un extractor de olores y tenía elevador

This is the fifth time I have stayed at this hotel, and I have never had any problems before. However, this time our room was on the 4th floor, and during the three days we stayed here, a bird made a lot of noise every morning and did not let us sleep in. Other than that, everything was fine
