We had a wonderful stay at hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The riad was spotless, with the rooms and common areas kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and plentiful, with a great selection of local specialties that we looked forward to every morning.

The combination of outstanding hospitality, excellent cleanliness, and a fantastic breakfast made our experience truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again.

Hôtel bien placé
Pros:

Super bien placé dans le quartier animé de Shinsaibashi et pas loin de Dotonbori. On peut tout à fait les faire à pieds.
Personnel très sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

La taille de la chambre pour 3 : trop petit et difficile d'ouvrir les valises. Mais c'est la même chose dans tous les hôtels que nous avons réservés au Japon.
Le matelas du canapé-lit trop dur.

Breakfast, location are good. Staffs also help us.

Cons:

For 3 guest room, the sofa is not comfortable and too hard to sleep. Its not conventient to sleep.

Pros:

Esta muy bien ubicado, esta cerca de la zona centrica pero sus cuadras son muy tranquilas.
Hay que tener en cuenta que las habitaciones en japon son mas pequeñas que en el resto de los lugares pero cumplia su funcion y era comoda. El dasayuno muy completo, todos muy atentos.
Servicio de higiene personal en la recepcion.
