初めての場所でしたが、地下道を使えて快適で、解りやすかったです。
チェックイン機の使い方や、エレベーターの使い方も 聞く前にスッとスタッフの方が現れて教えていただけて、ありがたかったです。
アメニティも、必要な物を必要に応じて貰えるのと、この時期【ヒンヤリシート?】まで選べて助かりました。
廊下の声が、凄く聞こえました。って事は、部屋の中の音も全部外に漏れてる？
樓層太低，採光很差
朝食は種類が多く、味もよくおなかいっぱいになりました。
食後のコーヒーを部屋に持って移行としたとき、親切にカップの蓋をしていただき持ち運びに気をを使っていただき満足いたしました。
また、エレベーターに乗ったとき、部屋のカードキーをかざして、ボタンを押すことに戸惑っていると、すかさずロビーの方が来て案内していただきました。ありがとうございました。
チェックインしたときアメニティの案内がなく朝まで気がつかなかった。
また、電子レンジの表記がなく存在の有無がわからず少し困りました。

Staff molto cortese, soprattutto le signore della colazione. Veloce il servizio di spedizione dei bagagli. Veloce anche il check in e check out. Ottima la possibilità di poter prendere gratuitamente maschere viso, creme viso, etc. Camera non così piccola, riuscivamo comunque ad aprire le valigie aperte. La colazione buona, un mix tra asiatica e occidentale.

La posizione centralissima e stanza molto pulita
Le dimensioni della stanza sono estremamente piccole, fortunatamente siamo stati una sola notte e potevamo aprire le valigie solo a turno e con estrema difficoltà, non lo consiglio per soggiorni più lunghi, data l’enorme quantità di cose che in Giappone si acquistano.

Check in forzato alle 15 ben poco sensato, soprattutto dato che la camera era disponibile dalle 12. Oltretutto, in questo modo si è creato un casino alle 15 quando una marea di clienti hanno dovuto fare check in tutti insieme.. Per non parlare degli ascensori impossibili da usare data questa "furbata" del check in alle 15 spaccate..
Inoltre, quando siamo entrati in camera questa era molto calda e il bagno era una sauna, dovevamo farci una doccia ma abbiamo scoperto che non potevamo tenere aperta la porta in quanto se l'avessimo fatto sarebbe partito l'allarme antincendio...
Infine, dopo diversi hotel in Giappone con acqua gratis, qui nessuna bottiglietta d'acqua ma solo macchinette a pagamento.. C'erano cartelli ovunque che dicevano che la loro acqua dalla doccia e dal lavandino era potabile... Peccato fosse imbevibile..
Per essere un hotel in Giappone, di giapponese non aveva proprio nulla.
P. S. La vista dalla camera non solo non c'era, ma era meglio tenere sempre le tende chiuse in quanto era presente un vetro opaco terribile che non permetteva di vedere nulla e dava quasi l'idea di essere sporco..
El hotel está muy bien ubicado y los servicios son buenos, a pesar de notarse que tiene un tiempo funcionando. Limpieza y comodidad. Tiene cerca transporte (incluso una estación que tiene tren de corta distancia a Kyoto, que es muy conveniente) y muchos restaurantes y cosas para hacer.
La habitación es un poco pequeña, En japón no suelen ser muy grandes, pero ésta planteaba alguna dificultad para abrir una valija grande en el piso. Era mi último destino y un poco más de espacio para ordenar las cosas me hubiera venido bien.
