Excellent accommodation for a very cheap price .Centrally located but quiet .
Without a doubt it will grow to be the best hotel in this price arrang in Dalat.Beds have been the most comfortable that i have had on my trip so far,i would love to bring it with me :))).Walking distance to close to central market and delicious restaurants.The litle family speaks basic english but they are very friendly and helpful,they let me to use a warm hot shower down stair even i already checked out.But i can whatsapp mr Rot 24h with his excellent english,Mr Rot went out of his way to help me with everything i needed during my stay.
The Famous Mr Rot's secret tour ! how can i say ? Can not recommend enough,just go for it,have been the best tour on my 1 month VietNam trip,for sure i will remember this tour to the end of my lives.
It was calm in the night and the stuff was very friendly. The secret tour was very very good!! And Mr Rot was super friendly and helfpul!!

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Not only was it clean and comfortable, but Mr. Rot's secret tour offered a unique exploration into the ethnic minority groups around Da Lat. This insightful journey added a cultural richness to my experience. Furthermore, the host's sister's warm hospitality, including complimentary fruits and spontaneous lunch invitations, made my stay truly memorable.
This hotel will get you great value for the price you pay. Everything was well organized and clean. The receptionist was very friendly and tried everything to help me, even though she doesn't speak any English
There was a minor leakage underneath my sink, which made the floor a bit wet. It still worked however. Just a minor inconvenience
I really recommend this hotel and also the Secret Tour. Mr Rot himself is a very kind and enthusiastic person. The hotel room was very big for the price I’d paid. Also everything was clean.

Staff friendly but do not speak English, use Google translate.
Basic room has no window, so there is window to the hallway to have some ventilation, which means you can hear all noises. Would not recommend to rent the cheapest room.
